Now this is what I call an inspiration. He's not ripped, he's not showing off, it's the will to work hard to make his life better, that's what makes him a legend 🔥
@@serupaalaadipa So you are a trainer?😂😂 I'm saying I'm inspired by him, not saying I'm better than him. Learn English and reply to people, if not then jus scroll the shorts.😂
i remember i had to go through a journey like that. i gained so much during 8-9 grade and became overweight. i was around 155, 5’3 13-15 yo girl. i started to lose weight in December to feburary around 20 lbs and months later i developed an ed and started turning to bulimia which really f’ed me up. i lost 10 lbs doing this and went down to 120-125. i had to recover and during recovery i gained like 10 pounds. now i am starting to lose the weight and successfully lost it and workout everyday and about to go into a gym to pursue my dream in boxing. i am toned, confident, and healthy. 16 years old now and life couldn’t be better. :) (thanks for reading) weight loss and recovery is 100% possible for anyone.
@@akira805 I heard Sly sold his dog for $40 when he was down & out. When he got paid for 1st production he bought the dog back for 15K then ask them to feature the dog in the movie.
Lesson learn to him bro, do not eat specific foods, like can goods, junk food, pig meat, beef meat, or many bread, you can eat bread but you need to have a limit. You can eat a meat but not a pig and beef, you can eat a cow meat. You can eat a rice but not a white rice, a brown rich. In that way you can mentain your weight.
@honey ma not everybody. Everybody is different. Every+body is different. Every + body is different. The word everybody is a compound word of every and body. And every body is different. Some people can eat nothing but junk, and never become fat. So this motivational video is flawed. It's basically saying hard work pays off, but completely ignores all the people who didn't have to work hard to achieve success. Like people born rich.
Imagine the mental strength he has to regain weight the weight he lost the first time and go through that again, only to come out stronger. Good on you bro, I wish you luck on your journey.
@@gaaanaaa and tell me what do you know about the person in the video? Do you know if he has a hereditary problem? Whether he has a thyroid problem? Because you're just assuming he's overweight because he's eating a lot right. You do understand that's not always the case right? Be kind before assuming and judging.
Excellent job losing the weight. Looks like he also had the support or cash for skin removal surgery as well. That goes a long way to making the loss complete.

In my opinion, this guy is the most inspiring bodybuilder. To have gone through the pain twice in his life is just amazing. I wish the best for this guy.
He sure did the impossible. 3 tears ago I weighed 397 pound . I also decided to fight for my life . In 14 months I went down to 200 pounds with just diet and extreme exercising. But unfortunately I gained back 100 pounds . But I'm about to do it again starting today thanks to this story . This video realy modavated me .
I love how there was also a second phase where he gained all that weight back and lost it again like a champion,I usually don't get to see it,mostly when you loose control again after that kinda glow up literally ever part of you says that "you can't get better, this is who you are and who you will be forever" and to gain that confidence, that motivation back is a hugeeee deal, what a legend.

Watching someone's life improving in a short clip with some great musics is great isn't it.. Well irl there's no music just silent commitment and consistency where no one's clapping for you ..all alone Just a long dull marathon ,where only you have the power to keep going. Keep grinding people when in doubt remember why you started in the first place
Yes sometimes the process can be so hard and lonely that you sometimes forget why started in the first place this is the moment that you have to fight through the most
And what do you think was the cause of his problems? His weight, which he wasn't born with. I'm not trying to be insensitive but if people cared about their health from the very beginning, they wouldn't face such consequences. And this is coming from someone who used to struggle with weight

Конечно огромная работа столько сожрать.... Я не представляю сколько нужно жрать что бы так набрать.
