Do you have any issues with all the weight on the tail end? I was thinking I would need to put the battery up in the nose of my PA14. Picking the NK300/Newport 36v40ah this weekend. Thanks
There is actually a lot of difference. The 300 only goes about a mile an hour faster than the 180 but the power through the whole range is very noticeable. It’s also more efficient in the 4-5 mph range
I just used #14 stranded thhn electrical wire. Unfortunately plastic parts are bound to break at some point. That’s why they sell upgraded metal steering triangles for torqueedo. I think I saw someone had gotten one for the NK300
