1:42:15 SF 3-2 Reds 1 out 2 on in 4th SF LHP Jose Mijares vs Joey Votto Mijares barely missed on 1-2 backup catcher Hector Sanchez goes out to mound. Mijares next pitch heat up/away Votto chased & got himself out Freak takes over from there. I wonder if every backup catcher goes out to mound at that moment SF 1 pitch from season ending if Votto gets a fat pitch
Why is Reds CF shading Pagan toward left when Pagan homered to right off same pitcher earlier. 5th inning double shoulda been caught. Bochy managed circles around Baker
In the midst of a momentous comeback, Ol' #55 comes in and checks the Reds on exactly 55 pitches to win the "Player of The Game" and get us to Game #5 where 5's remain wild in the Year of "5" as 2012 is in numerology. And in that game which is on 10/11/12 which = "33", a remarkable number in itself, but let's get back to the Number "5", when Buster Posey comes to bat in that 5th Game, in the 5th Inning and on the 5th pitch hits a Grand Slam off Matt Latos who is of course #55 of the Reds and with his remarks about hating the S.F. Giants, may just have awoken these sleeping Giants, who will win it all with their T*E*A*M* Together*Everyone*Accomplishes*More* concept in this, their 55th year in S.F. . . . . And Always in The Hearts of all San Francisco Giant Fans! . . . Go Giants!
Man listening to this again all these years later remixed me off just how aweful and lifeless these announcers are. They make the most exciting moments seem like a routine foul ball.
