In this video,, Michael Carroll successfully works with a client who has a cat allergy. From an NLP perspective, allergies are viewed as a mistake in the f1 transforms, which is processing of the VAKOK from sensory inputs to the VAKOG response at First Access, formally known as the 4 Tuple in NLP
The f1 sensory circuits process the allergen as if its a pathogen or carcinogen so the FA response acts accordingly. In this video Michael sets up an anchor for client's the non allergic response to rabbits, and the anchor transfers the non allergic response to the allergic response. The client rewired her nervous system to have the non allelic rabbit response to the cats, breaking the allergy.
Anchoring provides a method to stabilise portions of First Access (VAKOG) and then manoeuvre that set of experiences to a different context, as which occurred in this video, the rabbit response is transferred to the cat response.
With the 'Allergy Relief Process' originally created by Robert Dilts, we are rewiring the F1 processing to have natural response to the allergen.
Note: Some allergies, such as shellfish and nuts may result in anaphylactic shock, which may be life- threatening, and it would be inappropriate for you to work with someone who may have this reaction.
