For anyone who doesn’t have a pan like this, just use a regular cake pan with parchment paper on the bottom and then cut a strip to wrap around the sides

Y’all can use spray to grease the bottom of the pan but the reason for the special pan she uses or for parchment paper is so it’s easy to remove and so it won’t break

Shweta Saxena sometimes I think they don’t use enough cream cheese. I use the same ingredients just 2 1/2 cream cheese. Sometimes 3 if I put strawberries in it. Then it definitely makes 2 cheese cakes. The more the merrier. 😍

Usually when I make this I use whipped cream instead of sweetened condensed milk - soooo delicious!!!

We line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper before baking (with a little extra paper around the sides, that way you can remove the entire cake and not cut on the pan AND not sticking whatsoever.
