No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake: Layered Perfection!

Today I made something for sweet lovers, delicious no-bake strawberry cheesecake. This dessert takes a bit of time to make but you will love it for sure. Have fun
The full recipe for a 24cm ring
Biscuit base
- 250g of biscuits
- 75g of butter
Strawberry puree
- 500g of strawberries
- 60g of sugar
- 20ml of lemon juice
Cream mix
- 400g of cream cheese
- 200g of sour cream
- 60g of sugar
- Half of the strawberry puree
- 60ml milk
- 12g of gelatine
- 400ml of heavy cream
- 30g of sugar
Lemon Jelly
- Second half of the puree
- 80ml of water
- 12g of gelatine
Translucent gelly on the top
- 250ml of water
- 18g of gelatine
- 250ml of water
- 30ml of lemon juice
- 120g of sugar

I have never made cheesecakes before, but I really wanted to try and make it one day. Finally, I decided to give it a go when I came across this video. Looks great! The only thing I would do differently is to make jelly part little bit thinner, perhaps lay down half strawberries instead of whole to make top part more proportional. Ty

@@ChefMajk - I, personally, am not a fan of gelatinized strawberries. I also am not a fan of the 1978 Chevy Nova, either. It’s not a slight or negative against your creation - it’s a throwback, and just not to my taste. I’m sure there are those who would find it nice.
