A patty chiefly of vegetable-derived protein used as a meat substitute. also : a sandwich containing such a Patty. Here I am using tofu and veggies for this.
ingredients are here :-
✅1 cup rolled oats
✅1 cup grated tofu
✅1 cup grated carrots
✅1 cup grated zucchini
✅some onions and ginger
✅1 tspn salt
✅1 tspn coriander powder
✅1/ 2 tspn of roasted cumin powder
✅1/ 4 tspn of black pepper
✅1/4 tspn of rock salt
✅1/2 tspn of baking powder
✅1 and half cup of water or according to the need
✅2 tspn of oil
✅1 tspn of lemon juice
✅cilantro
mix and cook it on medium heat from both sides
enjoy it with burgers or as a snack party
