extremely important: Sennheiser HD 4.40 are NOT on-ear headphones they are OVER EAR. the thing is... they cups are very small. so if you have slightly bigger then average ears they will hurt. THEY WILL HURT A LOT! try them on before you buy them! i can't stress this enough.
Aye Reality Check, Why that weird cable were you have to turn to plug? Well, that's a locking mechanism that makes sure that you don't accidentally pull the plug out. And for the "Not being able to pair with multiple devices at the same time" your wrong because you actually can have it paired with 2 devices at the same time and switch easily between them ( have you also looked at the HD 4.50 btnc? That one is exactly the same only with noise canceling). yours sincerely, Ian van Broekhoven
Well, since this is my first headset, I have nothing to compare with. I love the quality of sound and bass, pure clear sound. In medium usage I charged them once in a month. After long wearing 1hour+ my right ear hurts a little. Overall, I like them and recommend you. I got them because I am not a bass lover. I noticed that I can hear some sounds that I didn't hear with my EarPods. Personally, bass should be in the proper level.
I had to give mine back. they hurt like hell, I gave them back a week ago and my ears still hurt. i got the skullcandy as a replacement, they cups are bigger on them so they fit me well. all i can say, the skullcandy make me happier. they are a gimmick... but they are more fun.
If the ear cups on these arent comfortable, which is a complaint for many, you can get brainwavz replacements for 25 dollars and they make the cup bigger and squishier.
It made sense to me why you might want to use the jack with the lock mechanism when youre out and about the day I saw someone have there wireless headphones picked off there head and stolen
I have to proof you wrong, they do connect to mutltiple devices at the same time, but you cant paly the music at the same time from different devices; however, they do connect and pair. COuldnt get the music test, are you lining them out some how?
You don't need to be confused between these two, if you buy it mainly for gaming get the arctis cuz its a headset and made for gaming, its compitable with consoles and has a good mic. But if you buy it mainly for music and movies get the HD4.40 cuz they sound amazing and you still can used wired with your consoles for gaming but yiu can't use the microphone for games, its only for phone calls.
This may sound like a dumb question, but do these sound better than the default wired Apple Earpods? I only ask because I've bought Sony headphones for the price of these Sennheiser headphones that sounded wayyy worse than Earpods
Wow youre enthusiasm and quality of video is amazing, I am surprised you dont have more subs! Cant believe of the price then, now its 99 euros (in netherlands), seems like a good price then 😮
Thanks for great video and advice 👍 I have just one question for you if you want to answer to me - how is quality of phone calls, for both side, is it ok, strong enough for clarity calling ? PLEASE answer to me. Best regards and wishes for you and thanks 🍷🏆🍺
I have this problem with the headphones does anyone know how to fix it? The problem is that the microphone is terrible (8 kHz) I bought these because i thought the mic was better than xbox live and the sound quality drops significantly. Just reply if you know the answer
Hows the bass of Sennheiser 4.40BT as compared to Sennheiser CX180 , Sennheiser CX275 ? Please reply ASAP . If anyone having Skullcandy Hesh 3 Please Reply too.
Yeah, non-articulating over ears shouldn`t exist IMO, wth Sennheiser? Even cheap JBL`s have articulation, also, the pads are too tight, the cable is proprietary and people complain about low volume and lack of punch. When I started researching these, I was really expecting more.. Sure they`re a budget headphone, but they seem outmatched by other brands in the same price range. Glad there`s a good amount of reviews for most the things I consider purchasing, because I have saved a LOT of money hehee xD
Anyone knows if the microphone works with the wired connection? So I can use it to make phone calls and connect it to my PS4 controller without Bluetooth
Got it 2 weeks ago, its a good quality headphone but im kinda disappointed , the BASS is too low you barely feel it and the f**king treble is so high which is really annoying especially for someone with hurting ears. İ rate these headphones as: Treble-focused instead of (Balanced). İ have really small head and ears which makes a the headphones look giant on my head and yet STİLL they get really uncomfortable around my ears after like 30 minutes i have to take them off so yes the people are right when they talk about comfort issues. Anyways that was my first premium headphones in my life so it was a good start and now i know what to look for in future.
@@PrathameshSonawaneFitness Personally I love a rich bass but these give you below normal, I gave away this headphones and probably will buy a SONY. The app was trash and now its out of service (sennheiser cancelled it)
So the only way I've found is if they're connected to a phone, there's a small battery indicator next to the bluetooth symbol in the notification bar at the of the screen.
I purchased the HD4.40 headphones recently. Paired to my iphone 7, the headphones beep with every single click of the volume button and beep between songs and when i select a song! Is anyone else also experiencing this with their headphones?
I am facing an unusual issue with these headphones. Whenever I connect these headphones to my pixel 2 xl via nfc the sound comes through the phone stereo but when I just turn off and on the Bluetooth ..it works perfectly..any help for the same will be appreciated. Thank you
this is the prob with oreo based roms due to aptx codecs....it has few issues with aptx control so kindly chk on that same happens for me with multiple Bluetooth headphones..... turn of aptx to work flawlessly...
Press play button is a pain in the ass have to press very hard plus the 2.5 mm is really just stupid do these people like to do things that make our lives as difficult as possible??
There is plenty of bass with these, it is just incredibly well balanced. Mostly consumers think loud, overpowering bass = good SQ, but that is not necessarily always the case.
This may sound like a dumb question, but do these sound better than the default wired Apple Earpods? I only ask because I've bought Sony headphones for the price of these Sennheiser headphones that sounded wayyy worse than Earpods
