Join me for the 6th day of my 10 day walking challenge. We only have 4 more days left team. Today we are hitting 6k steps target but I promise you, it'll be over by the time you know it.
As you might have noticed by now all of my walking workouts are that bit faster that what you might be used to, but I want to challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. It's the only way to grow and progress.
PLEASE NOTE- some smart devices won't register some moves as steps, Single Leg Jack for example.

So I just discovered this today since I can't go out for a walk. It's day 6, so meaning, I'll go back to day 1 to start :). Thank you for this workout, I loved it.

5000 steps!!! Aprox 290 calories! Thank you SO SO MUCH! I came back to this one today and it was so so fun! You are truly amazing! It got me sooo sweaty, and now I’m feeling relieved, energized, and stretched for some reason! Ahhh, so much better than killing myself with a crazy cardio workout, and with almost the same results 🙌🏽💓. Really, I really appreciate you!

So true. I sometimes burn more calories doing these walks vs a HIIT workout with weights.

Omg I love your workouts especially the steps & cardio. I am using these post covid (symptomatic) for my recovery; they are easy to follow & lets me work on my endurance without leaving my tiny apartment!! I'm able to meet my 10K steps every day which makes me so happy. Plus the non-stop music is fire!!! Can't wait to get better & work on Kickboxing & HIITs. Thank you

This one was great. I've been doing the previous one (5000 steps) for a few times in a row, then I got sick for a bit and wasn't able to do anything at all. This is the first time I managed to overstep my previous achievement since then! I like how every time I feel like I'm about to be done for, you switch it up with exercises that tackle different parts of my body allowing me to recover and keep going. Great mixture, I'll be settling into these 6000 steps until I feel like I can hit the next one 💪

Completed again today! Got a fab sweat on. I love these step counted workouts. Every other week I work on step counts and alternate this with a more kcal based focus. Start every step week with this 6000 step workout and eventually get to 20,000 steps on Sunday. I also do one of your 8000 step workouts which is great too. Thanks!x

I've just discovered you and this is the 1st of your videos I've done. I normally run but have to rest my knee so have been looking for something more low impact to do. This was great, the time just flew by. Thank you so much

Hi. I have a few power walk and cardio workouts. It's a mix of the two, which is a great step up from walking only workouts. It's in the walking workouts playlist. You could also try low impact HIIT. There's one scheduled for tomorrow. Xx

The only thing I can think of is broadband connection. I shot in 4k which might be an issue for some I've heard.
