[No-knead bread] Super easy! How to make the perfect salt bread.
[Dough material] 8 servings
Strong flour 200g
Soft flour 50g
Sugar 6g
5 g of instant dry yeast
5g of salt
Unsalted butter 10g
Milk 175g
40g unsalted butter (for wrapping)
Appropriate amount of rock salt for finishing *If you don't have it, you can use regular salt
