Pumpkin Focaccia
(Ingredients) For 1 15cm x 20cm square
300g strong flour
1 tablespoon (10g) sugar
1 teaspoon (5g) salt
1 teaspoon (4g) dry yeast
200g pumpkin
250-300g water
(Finishing touches)
4 to 5 tablespoons olive oil
A pinch of salt
Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 25 minutes
