I work in community mental health in Australia. Interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy have principles that are very similar to John's word and experiences. To generalise, I find that today's world is leaving spirituality behind, particular in young people. "To make whole, be whole" reminds me of Jesus saying, "physician, heal thyself." No physician heals, only God moving in the intelligence of the body heals us from passing physical conditions. Seeds grow in the night as we sleep, we don't know how....drawing near to the source of life, the real origin, is a beautiful journey and the destination of souls.

Thank you always for your insight, John. Perhaps there is someone out there for me, but until I meet them I will continue to look towards finding peace in my solace. Maybe all I need is to just wait a bit :)

I feel like we have to, in this life at least reach Johns level of understanding in order to progress onto different experiences after this life is over. I have this feeling that I will come back to earth as a person again if I don't realise truth. There's part of my ego that constantly niggles me and tells me that 'if I accept this or that, then I will reach my goal', but then when I read books and listen to teachers they say that this is just a trick of the mind and you don't have to do anything to attain liberation, it's the opposite, you just have to stop striving for everything and surrender to life and let it take over. I feel like when John says this is just the beginning it's because there's a knowing inside him that he has attained the truth of what life in this world is and his soul is now ready for new experiences that can't be explained in this dimension/planet/universe. I don't want to come back here, but I imagine when I drop all the mind crap then this planet is just as amazing and brilliant as any other. We just don't take any time to appreciate it because we waste forever, buying into imaginary plays inside our heads, that have a 100% fail rate of ever happening how they play out in the mind, yet we still fall for them every 5 seconds, for the majority of our existence hahah.

Love the part at 11:20 - I think religions today are deeply misunderstood by the general public. Everything is taken so literally and as he says "from a ME perspective". It's incredible to find people like John here who are able to go beyond their own ego and teach about life from the other side of the psychological fence.

Hi John, firstly I want to say thank you for your wonderful videos on this channel. It really helps me to stay focused during these crazy times. I am a Quadriplegic (since birth), so I have severe limited movement and I feel it's becoming more and more difficult to move as I get older. I recently got retrenched from my job in June 2020 in which I was employed for 6 years. I feel like I've lost my ability to stay positive and to stay focused as I used my job as a way to keep my mind occupied and not let it idle. This has also impacted my ability to learn new things in the world of technology as my mind keeps dwelling on my physical disability and I find it hard to get out of that "Hole" I feel my mind in sinking in. Do you have any recommendation as to how I could regain my focus and not allow my mind to dwell into the realm of negativity. I do hope my message reaches you. Yes, everything is permeated in space and space is filled a matter which we know it exists but don't know it's properties because it does not interact with anything we know it. Physicists called this matter as invisible (or dark) matter...95% of the universe is composed of this invisible matter according to physicists. How lucky you are John that you can perceive that matter.

Hello John. Thank you again for your reassuring words, for your great wisdom. I have a question too : how I can deal with isolation, with "mental indigestion", with anxiety ? How I can deal with depression ? Because actually, I'm suffering from depression and anxiety ; I'm an asperger, an autistic guy. I can't feel this presence with me, I'm feeling always lonely... I don't really have friends, though some at the church. I'm 25, and I study philosophy. All I want is not being necessarily happy, but feeling less anxious, less alone - having a normal life, in fact. Because I can't handle it anymore... I pray the Lord every morning and every night, but I feel like He can't do something for me... Or maybe because my purpose in life is to suffer. How John, can I be in peace with myself, without suffering, without feeling anxious all the time, without being lonely ? I don't even know how to make friends, I never really had friends...
