I went down to Flinders Blowhole after midnight to get some No Light photographs. That’s where I take long exposure photos in the dark in the hope of getting an awesome result…
I stuck around for the sunrise, which turned out be be spectacular.
I also tried a cheap plastic kit zoom lens from an old Pentax film camera as I need a wide angle lens for my Fujifilm GFX 50R, and the equivalent GF lens costs well over A$3000, so my hunt is on for a cheap alternative.
I recommend trying No Light Photography, the results I am getting have been stunning. My settings in the pitch darkness are four or eight minute exposures, manual focus at the guestimated distance, around f4 or so, around iso 400, then adjust to suit until you are happy with the results.

Beautiful sunrise shot. I went SCUBA diving somewhere around there many years ago, I can attest to how steep the climbs are after lugging all my gear down to the "beach" from the car park.

It's still a popular spot for diving, there were a few there a bit after dawn.

Wow Greg, you really turned up the heat on these, absolutely beautiful stunning shots. Thanks so much for sharing and showing how cool the Australian landscape is. I love long exposures, but none of mine are even close to these. I gotta try the dark thing.

Wow Greg, amazing long exposure shots and in the dark! How on earth do you work out the exposure times🤔✌️

It's pretty much guesswork. Although when it's that dark, a couple of minutes extra barely makes a difference, so it's all very forgiving.

Remember, four minutes to eight is one stop. Failing all else, guess. Then adjust as seems best. Next time, your initial guess is informed by experience. You could possibly get a reading by pushing ISO beyond reason. However, some of my cameras measure exposure over the exposure duration. Gets progressively annoying as you go further and further beyond 1s. With Olympus and I think recent Lumix cameras, you have live composite or something - you see the image as it develops on the back of the camera.
