So in this video I have tried NO FAP and told the benfits of it. Like my previous videos I haven’t said Masturbation is bad, it’s natural but balance is important. When we are not able to make a balance then NO FAP really helps to get us that discipline. What were the Real benefits of No fap and what all is just a hype(my personal opinion).
