Linda, the film on your dishes is the calcium which is in our water. Florida water is high in calcium. You need to add a water softner system to your water filtration system
Hi Jerry and Linda. I love your show. I never leave comments, but when you both said you love Yellowstone Park I thought I would let you know you have a fan in Montana (Yellowstone is our back yard). I’ve been watching your show for over a year, so it, and 7 days there this past March on a life style visit has convinced us we need to spend winters in “The Villages, Florida”. Summers in Montana, winters in Florida…the best of both worlds. Win! Win!

My Villages utilities for a 9000 sq foot Pi shaped lot North of 466 are $233.93 fixed and $52.20 Variable. I have a pool. I own a rental in OBG and Villages Utilities are $200.54 fixed and $5.29 Variable. The rental Is occupied by a single long term renter. Thanks for all the good work you do.

The amount of your bill depends on what water district you reside in. Noticed that I pay $6.14/1000 gallons for the first 3000 gallons and you pay only $2.47/1000 gallons. I live in Hawkins below 44.
The older Sun City in Phoenix, Arizona area is similar but has a different recreation scheme with fewer facilities and more hired staffs for those. Also aging infrastructure and heat in the Summer. The On Top of the World development in Ocala is trying hard to resemble a smaller The Villages but is expensive and has higher fees, with many fewer amenities. So my opinion is even what used to be known as Leisure World near Los Angeles, California is not equivalent to The Villages. One of a kind.
gators don't run, they can't with legs that short. They are however quit fast because of their great strength. They more a less twist and hop and can cover a great distance with each leap. They do wear out fast at high speed so there is a chance you can get away from them with a little head start. How aggressive they may become depends on how hungry they are.

Sun City has nothing on the Villages. They are just high priced homes with not alot going on within its boundaries. Still Georgetown Texas has alot of resources for seniors but many people are moving there and the traffic is getting bad. Seniors can always drive the back roads though if they are frightened of the traffic.

Gators can run 60 plus M P H if one runs after you zic zag they are only fast in a strait line also gators can not climb so climb a tree or get on something like a truck or car

I noticed on your shirt and your theme characters Jerry is on the Left and Linda on the Right but in every video it is opposite. Think you guys need to switch seats or change your theme characters seats. 🤔
Linda, have Jerry check the filter screen in the bottom of the dishwasher. We were having the same problem. I pulled and cleaned the filter screen and it made a big difference. Oh, about putting in a sofa bed, this a great idea. Just make sure that it’s not too comfortable, we don’t want folks to stay too long 😅.
I think our Florida Governor (not President yet) needs to focus more on the Home Insurance issue more than the Mouse. Good to see Gizmo alert and looking better. Enjoy the show as always.

Have you guys or anyone thought about painting your lawns? I’ve been doing it here at my home on Long Island for years. You save a a lot of money on water and fertilizer. It’s is also kid and pet safe. Im retired and im gonna come down mid July to do a lifestyle visit and see the villages. If I like it and snowbird down the at first im thinking of starting a retirement job of lawn painting down there. Golf courses do it all the time. That’s unless is a thing down there already. Btw im not rich that’s just my Tesla buddy. Im just an old Irish guy tired of Ny taxes. Thanks again for any info.

I’m with Linda - in my old house (LOL) I had a room I called my study. I had the home computer in there, most of my books, a sofa/sleeper, and a little coat closet. It was perfect for a guest room when we had company but a nice getaway when the hubby and kids were watching a loud movie in the family room.
Hug your baby gizmo tight. We have to put our chewy down tomorrow 😢she’s 17 1/2 years old and blind, deaf and a lot of the other things to mention. We can’t let her suffer any longer , my husband is just heart broken. Love you guys!❤️💜

"Backyard gators" "The Villages" is a great place to live. Most places you have to travel to the store to get your food. In The Villages, the food comes to you. It's a Win Win situation! 😜 We had a black lab mix that would ring a small bell on the door knob when he needed to go out. You guessed it, we would give him a treat when he came back in. Labs are smart, we had to ditch the bell idea.

I looked for you two last Monday, didn't see you and was shocked. Found out from another fan of yours that it was posted on Sunday! No problem, as long I was still able to find you. The bloopers with that clacker was hilarious! You two are a riot! I have been a member of a Credit Union in NY for 52 years and stayed with them after I moved here. I also belong to a 2nd Credit Union here in The Villages. I've heard so much about that Boozy Bingo. I think I will try it sometime. Looks like Gizmo is feeling better and that's great. I’m a retired Firefighter/Paramedic and my wife was a special needs teacher for years. We recently bought a home in the Great Smoky Mountains that we plan on moving to one day as it’s our happy place ( right now we are caring for my 92 year old father, so all plans are on hold ), but since watching your videos we absolutely love The Villages lifestyle and if I hit the lottery “😉” we will so buy at the villages also!
