No Programming, 100% Health - Revealing the new method of iPhone Battery Repair

The video mainly showcases the latest battery repairing method, which is without programming. Unlike previous methods that require connecting a repair programmer and extension board to modify the data, this solution only requires installing a REFOX tag-on flex (preset with the value of 100% battery health and 0 cycle). After restarting the device, the battery health can be shown as 100%.

i have 2 questions 1st if i have xs max genuine battery for the replacement do I need to replace the flex.if I change the flex do I need to reprogram the battery as well.

Hi to all. I recently replaced a new battery into my XR and used the old BMS board and the quanli Apollo 1 for clearing the battery health and cycle, but the message did not went away. I also messed up with battery capacity on the programmer just to match the maximum capacity of my new battery but I think this was a mistake. The phone is working, the programer can actually read the data but the message doesn’t go. IOS 17.2. Any help????

Just live with the message. i also had similar issue but i just don’t care about that msg anymore. I hate the fact that even after getting genuine battery we are forced to see this message and i hate apple for this.

Doesnt just have to be a genuine OEM flex, it has to be the one from that device, as it is serialized.

@@danjackson2014 you clearly have no will to improve then. This is one of the simplest repairs you can do to an iPhone and with your 22 years of “experience” cannot do. Also, if you want to demand easier repair solutions, go against Apple, they are the ones that make the process so complicated, rewa and others are the ones making it easier

But once the flex is secure, etc.. How do you see this being more or less of a danger than simply replacing the battery at all with any other battery?
