Personally, I like the english voice for DJSS better, he doesn't sound as smooth and cool headed in Japanese. IDK Japanese, but the last cut scene with Titania, the voices sounded really rushed and weird o_o'
Sorry for the discord notification noises, this is one of my first recordings and I didn't know the recording was picking that up! I'll turn it off for future recordings.

the reason titania sceen looks so rush or pretty much other scene because japanese used lots more word compared to english. the original english scene have lesser time gap and already set up for english dub. for japanese dub to set into English timed scene plus not much effort in editing to make it more time gap for Japanese dub results in rush scene like that.

Zuke and Mayday are both absolutely perfect, but I agree with op that, while I understand it's a completely different language, the Japanese dub takes away a lot of DJSS's entertaining cadence and speaking mannerisms. He sounds very flat and almost monotone, in a sense.
