There are many people who are looking for healthy bread these days. So, I made a very healthy and very delicious banana bread. I made it with honey instead of sugar and whole wheat flour instead of white flour.
I really like this slightly rough texture and the subtle sweetness of honey.
ingredients

3 bananas, peeled (390g)
Half a cup of honey (120ml, 120g)
2 room temperature large eggs (120g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5g)
half a teaspoon of salt (3g)
4 tablespoons of cooking oil (60ml, 50g)
2 cups of whole wheat plain flour (480ml, 260g)
1.5 teaspoons (6 g) of baking soda
170 degrees (338F) fan forced for 55 minutes
