Watching this with my 7am coffee before my upper body workout- obviously i'm neither a dad (or a mum) or in my 40's (im 52) but i've found you & your content very inspiring & motivating (i've been working with a disability of sorts since my late 20's). Great channel thank you! 🙏💪😊
