🤩 Thank you! That pudding! I have to try! I do also prep my zuchinis different ways. I freeze cubes to put in smouthies to reduce sugar intake. My husband is pre diabetic and it is an easy way to cut sugars. Last time I also freeze the zoodles and so far I put some in soup and it was very good!
Yay! Yes, if you're used to zucchini in smoothies the pudding is quite similar concept to that. Lots of things can easily overpower it's flavor. 🤩🤩 Oooh great idea to freeze the zoodles! Hadn't thought of that!

Thanks, Laura! Someone actually recommended it here in the comments a few months ago when I bought a huge thing of cocoa powder from Costco! 😆😆 It definitely added a nice flavor boost!
Love a quick meal prep 🥰 I literally lived on your sweet potato choc dessert last summer! The zucchini version looks soooo good. My zucchini plants are going nuts now the weather has warmed up so will have to start making it 🤗🤗
Great question! I honestly don't really worry about it since it's just oxidation, no real harm to the mushrooms. BUT, I have read that you can combat this with a little lemon juice. I haven't tried this yet but would be curious to see how it works! 😄😄 www.thecitycook.com/articles/2007-09-27-cooking-with-mushrooms
Hi there. love Your channel. Can you make some recipes using PB2 cashew powder instead of cashews? Like sauces or dressings? I'm watching my fat for health reasons. Thanks Maddie.
Hi Donna! Aww thank you so much! I'm actually not familiar with using PB2 cashew powder! 😯😯 I've only ever seen the Peanut butter powder in stores. I'll have to keep an eye out for it! If it's the same as PB powder, you can definitely swap cashew cream for the cashew powder + water. So any dressing or sauce that uses cashew cream, you can switch to cashew powder plus a couple tablespoons of water until it reaches a similar consistency to cashew cream. 🤩
Love the meal prep and meal ideas Maddie. When you cook beans and lentils in the Instant pot do you also save the liquid with them? Maybe they keep better this way as I see you have liquid in your containers. Thanks, have a great weekend xox
Thanks, Jill! 🤗 Good question! Yes I usually do I just feel it helps to keep them from drying out I guess? Hahaha. And since canned beans come in liquid, I just followed suit. 😜 Hope you have a great weekend as well!
As the pot is building up pressure there is a lot of heat being produced so it’s essentially already cooking and done when it comes to pressure. Great option for veggies that don’t need a lot of cooking. Otherwise they can overcook.
I would appreciate of some of my favorite you tube channels would offer alternative spices for people like myself who do Not like any hot spice. No cumin, etc. Any viewers please respond if you can help. I am subscribed.
You can always leave them out or switch to other spices you prefer. Cumin is not very spicy, so that one you just swap it for something else you prefer the taste of. 🤗🤗
