Waiting for delivery on my 24 x 65 straight back from Shirley Fabrication. Very similar to yours. If I may ask, how do you clean your warming chamber. I normally steam clean smoke chamber after each cook however, warmer is directly above the firebox so how can you clean it without getting water in the firebox.
Everything came out Great, i thought on reverse flow smokers the temp stayed the same from one end to the other. After having your pit for awhile is there anything else you might add if you build?
There is a slight, maybe 20-25 degree change from end to end. I don’t see it as a problem at all. I think it’s pretty great to be able to keep stuff in different temps throughout the cook. Hot n fast on one side and a little slower on the other.
