I'm currently 18 at 5'6 l started caring about my height a few months before I turned 17. My doctor told me I'm growing at a slow rate, and honestly, I can't tell if I'm still growing or not. My doctor predicted that there's a chance for me to be 6'0. (But l'm not sure of it after so much time had passed) and I do feel some weird pain in my knees, but can't tell if I'm still growing or not as a short and skinny person. Mom is 5'4 Dad is 5'11 My dad told me he was really short for 2-3 years in high school until he grew at 17 or 18 to 5'11. (And my looks/genes mainly came from him instead of my mom) but that's no excuse since we're separate beings.
Crazy bro my mom is 5’0 ft my dad is 5’7 and I’m 5’11 I’m Hispanic too and I’m 17 yrs old I eat I exercise and I drink good amount of milk you got to hit 6’0 ft g

It’s over for me. I’m 5’11 at 19 and I want to grow just a little bit more to 6 foot. I’m doing all the necessary things from sprinting, skipping, jumping, increasing calorie intake, working out and sleeping 8-9 hours. Literally EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. I’ve had no progress at all. I guess it’s all over😔
@@HeatDzns At 16 I was roughly 5’9 or 5’10. I can’t remember exactly but I was just sightly taller then my dad and he’s 5’9. I gained 1.5 - 2 inches from working out which was insane and I started hitting the gym January 2023. It was definitely a huge burst of growth hormone from lifting. That’s taken my current height to 5’11 1/2 or 3/4 at age 19. I’m trying so hard to gain roughly 0.5 inches to get my height to 6 foot which would be amazing.

Im 6'4 at 14, my dad is 5'5 and my mom is 5'0, will i ever hit 6'11 or 7'1? I never had a crazy growth spurt. I started growing very fast at 12, my height at that time was 6'1 , at 13 i felt like i barely growed. then when i turned 14 i feel like i was growing taller again, then i measured myself to see if i really got taller, and yea i measured myself and it says 6'4 so i gained like 3 inches, so yea i just wanted to share my experience to see if anybody has similar experiences too. Depending on their genetics some people grow a lot later than others some guys even grow a few in inches in their 20s. So it’s definitely still possible for you to grow to 6’3”
