Hi there! I'm a 14-year-old from the Philippines 🇵🇭, and I currently stand at 5'1". I get my height from my parents-my dad is 5'2 1/2" and my mom is 5'0", so I guess being on the shorter 🤏side runs in the family. I'm really curious about my growth, though, and I'm wondering if it's possible for me to reach 6 feet in the future. What do you think?

The vitamins WORK !! 100% my son is taking them for 2 years !! I am Currently 17, about to turn 18 and I am 176 cm. Once 2 months or so I feel that knee pain out of nowhere, I feel very short because of my Volleyball team, and I do exercise at least 5--6.5hours a week, sometimes I do around 9 hours of exercise, Tennis, Volleyball, and Swimming, My dad in his adult stage was about 183 cm tall, but I feel like I am not growing anymore, I have a not that bad sleep schedule, but I am concerned I won't grow taller... what should I do? will I grow???
I'm 15 and I'm 5'2. It's really embarassing to even go outside. Looking back I never slept enough, I was always stressed out, I never played any sport and I'm also a vegan lmao. All my friends grew up and some shorties who I thought were my buddies also started surpassing me. So I wanna grow as much as possible in my remaining years of adolosence. And is eating chicken really neccessary cause I'd be breaking my family's laws of veganism
I am currently 13 yars old 171 cm tall and my mother is 153 cm and dad 170 cm, I wish to grow to 188 cm I've been doing your streches and good diet and exercising i grew 1 inch thanks to you but I really hope I am able to make it to 188 cm.

I get a lot of bone pain after playing basketball, especially shin and stuff. When I walk sometimes my knee just hurts, it started happening when I turned 11. I also started growing acne even doing skin care. I also play football. I am really thin at my age, I am 80 pounds at my age, I am gaining around 5 pounds every year and I never get fat, I eat like 2000 calories a day. My age: 11, my height: 158 ,updating after 2-3 months. Goal: 170 (Dad height : 185 cm, Mom Height: 160cm)
I’m 5’10” at 15 My mom is 5’4” and dad is 5’7” The tallest person in my family is my moms dad who was 6’0” at 95. I weigh 200 ibs. I want to be 6’3” since that’s probably my max genetics potential. I sleep at 11-9 but want to sleep at 9-7 I workout and used to play tennis. I want to run and jump the rope I eat lots of vegetables and meat and fruits.
Finally someone who understands the pain of osgood schlatter disease it is so painful l i have it in both knees but slightly worse in my left ever since i got it i have been growing rapidly like 4 inches since April this year to August
Brother plss reply - Dad-5’4 Mom-5’4.5 I am currently 5feet 8inches tall can i reach six feet because alot of my relatives from mom side specially are nearly 6feet or taller My grandfather-5’10 Metrnal grandfather-6’3 My uncles-5’10 and 5’11 But relatives from father side are not very tall like evryone is nearly 5’6 or 5’7 So is it possible to reach 6feet and currently i am 18 (on 8 july )
