Thanks for the video. Just be aware that deep cycle isn't always AGM. You have to check your specific battery model to know. Some are standard flooded cells.

Good video. Mine just showed up today. I have a kayak with the Xi3 also. I think AGM is a glass matt style battery that doesn't leak. Even if your lead acid marine batteries aren't agm it should still charge it. I have all 3 types on my yak so it's actually going to be perfect. Wish i would have ordered that plug you installed thanks for showing it.

Nice charger. Looks like you did a good job. I would leave the hatch open for the initial charge just in case you get some off gassing of the batteries.

What kind of trolling motor do you have is it a 24v or 12v, i many need a new charger, wonder if the hook up is done differently, nice video man,
