Nocqua Kayak Battery Installation - Best Kayak Battery

I've been using my nocqua battery for a long time. I usually fish anywhere from 3 to 6 to 8 hrs when I'm out on the water and still come back with juice. They're the best imo.

I like the Nocqua because they are so lightweight and compact. I've been using one for over a year and haven't had too many issues.

I own the same one. Been using it for a year on my Humminbird helix 7 g3 SI DI mega. Never had a problem yet.

How did you wired up the inline fuse, I have a hard time looking what you was trying to do.

Did you add a fuse #1 and can you also add a selector switch? If your powering more than just the fish finder.

Lithium batteries that I'm using I got them on Amazon and when I come in on a Saturday or Sunday I leave that battery on accidentally sometimes and I can come back on a Wednesday and it still has power to run my fish finder I'm not sure if yours is like that I like to find out and so once I get the information on the battery that I have related to you mean while I'm going to forward you a video to my kayak fishing group of about 228 guys and all of these guys are basically getting their kayaks rigged up with the fish finders and stuff as we speak so if it's a great deal maybe some of the guys that have more time to research this battery of yours I'll get feedback from them as to how they feel about it but really great thing that I ran up on your video tonight and I hope that the better that you have is better than the one that I have because I love to upgrade at any time thanks for the video

Good choice, you should have a lot more useful power from this battery. Charge it only with a lithium battery charger. They charge differently then a led acid battery.

What size fuse do you use? Did it come with your fish finder?

How has the Nocqua 10ah do after a year? I've heard a lot of good things but there's been some mixed review about the charger having issues. I also have the Hook5 fish finder and my lead acid battery has gone bad and looking into buying the Nocqua. Can you give me your insight both positive and negative about it after a year since posting this video? I appreciate it.

So what do people do when yu not fishing on my hook 2 4x the transducer and power cord is built in one what would I do about disconnecting it and transportation?

There is only one style connector that connects to a fish finder. What about other accessories?

Anyone know if there is a way to charge the battery from a 12volt connection instead of the 110 plug? 12volt plug in a vehicle or a 2 wire flat plug?

Looks like you ran into the shrink wrap tube being way to big for those little 18 gauge wires. They should have provided smaller shrink wrap.

Seems really unlikely that original SLA battery you showed was 20AH. That looks like a 5AH size.

I wonder if i can buy a battery pack and make this myself

$130 ouch! Those 12v deer feeder batteries at wally for $21 work fine and last several seasons... you must have had a bad cell in your old battery.

i got the exact battery from Nocqua and it was defective after the first charge, Total Chinese crap. Look elsewhere for a battery, Nocqua is not the best.
