In warm milk, dissolve dry yeast.
Softened butter is mixed with sugar and salt.
Then add the egg. Then we infuse yeast diluted in milk.
Then we add flour in parts. Knead a soft elastic dough that almost does not stick to the hands.
We put it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (better for the night).
Then we take out the dough and let it warm for 15 minutes. Then it will be possible to work with him
and form pies or buns. I'll make an open-filled pie now.
Part of the dough is rolled out into a formation about 1 centimeter thick.
Trim and lay on the bottom of the oil-lubricated mold.
From the other part of the dough, roll the bundles and twist two between each other.
