【material】
・ 1 egg
・ Millet sugar 60g
・ Milk 70g
・ Thick white sesame oil 35g
・ Rice flour 150g
・ Baking powder 5g
・ One banana
・ One chocolate bar
◎ Preparation
・ Preheat the oven to 180 ℃.
☆ How to make
①. Break the egg into a bowl and loosen it with a whipper.
②. Add millet sugar, milk and white sesame oil in order and mix well each time.
③. Add rice flour and baking powder and mix until the powder is no longer powdery and glossy.
④. Cut the banana.
Slice 6 pieces with a width of 6 to 7 mm for topping, cut the rest with a width of 1 to 1.5 mm, divide into 4 equal parts, and put in ③.
⑤. Divide 2/3 of the chocolate bar into appropriate size and put it in ③.
⑥. Mix the dough with banana and chocolate with a rubber spatula to make it even.
⑦. Divide into 6 equal parts.
☆ It's a loose dough, but it's a good idea to add it little by little with a spoon so that the bananas and chocolate don't harden!
⑧. Place bananas for topping one by one, and divide the remaining chocolate bar into appropriate sizes and place.
⑨. Lower the oven preheated to 180 ℃ to 170 ℃ and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. (Adjust according to your home oven.)
When the chilled muffins are rebaked, the chocolate melts and becomes like freshly baked ♪
But! It is also recommended to chill it in the refrigerator during this time!
