As a Muslim this is really respectful amd interesting from a non muslim perspective. Usually youtubers who keep fasts just dont eat but you also doing the 5 prayers in very honourable. Best channel on youtube.

When Yom Kippur happens on the 4th of October give it a go. It’s a Jewish high holy day and involves fasting for 25 hours. It’s all about reflecting on the year just gone
please try doing the same Ramadan challenge next year but with one full month! fasting has alot of benefits for you physically and mentally. there's also plenty of nice Muslims who are willing to guide those learning about Islam, and maybe you can find them in your local mosques. may Allah reward you for sincerely attempting ramadhan with the little knowledge/accomodations that you had to work with
