What is procedure after a delayed non union is treated with bone graft, antibiotic spacers, and plates. My 9 year old had open, butterflied tib/fib fracture. And after graft surgery we still have slow calcification and until a ct is done, I am unaware if it is actually bridging together… if surgery for non union is unsuccessful whats the next steps?

Doctor. Good informative video sir. I had a cominuted tibia and Fibula fracture. Its now 5 months. Fibula has healed, however tibia the gap exists though adequate callus formation is seen. I am 51 years, male, 86 kgs. No diabetes non smoker. Can I send you the details of my recent X Ray sir? I was doing aggressive Physiotherapy/ walking so that may have affected stability of fracture site. But now after X Ray Ireduced all activities and resting more. Will it heal up in about a month now?
