I can imagine that chaos demons signifying emotions and all the interesting stuff in extreme can see boring bureaucrat as ultimate opposite to them, he will bore them to death.

yeah I do hope play all things will get fixed up and maybe adjust the pricing nd everything else and what not even though I don't think CA is evil or greedy but there the hands always feel a bit forced into things ( I would say mainly economy as well as quality these days even if quality can be a bit questionable) also I don't really like to talk about video game pricing these days it tends to make me feel like hoes mad sometimes and feeling a bit of a cheapskate I think eventually we're still going to buy the DLC in a sale but yeah I kind of agree I'm not buying total Warhammer 3 right now or have any plans to be honest. maybe in a couple of years ( mainly because of the DLC releases as well as how amount DLC's can be)

If a race of bugs can appear from above the galaxy, than Chaos must be so lazy because Miao Ying has probably the easiest job and she just sits in her room in her pajamas watching rerun of old TV shows with a pile of snacks.
I was deeply disappointed to find that the troops marching beside the war drum in that trailer weren't, in fact, part of that unit. What musical performance is truly complete without backup dancers?
Scout unit are always useful in a faction with excellent artillery and considering the come from the same building then your regular infantry, it at least give you some easy access to a flanking and pursuit unit, letting your regular army do what it does best, holding the line, now with easy access to a way to remove repeat customer.
Right, but they're not a scout unit at all. They're infantry mulchers with a whopping 41 melee attack, 40 melee defense and 45 weapon strength when boosted with harmony. Get them on the back of any front line and they go through them faster than units twice their gold cost. Not to mention, with stalk they're actually surprisingly good at getting at ranged units, which usually are easiest way to remove lightly armoured flyers like them. But fell bats, carrion and harpies these boys are not, they're honestly more like ripperdactyls or sabertusk packs with fly.
@@joaogomes9405I just can’t ever justify them. Any time I use them, they do hardly any damage and die instantly. Come to think of it now, it just seems like EVERY flying melee unit does that. I would rather use the second Cavalry you unlock with Cathay rather than the flying cavalry because it feels like they do no damage, the charge seems like it doesn’t disrupt any units at all, and then when I try to cycle them, they jet sit there for 5 seconds before even taking flight
I like how they're kinda making Cathay the analogue for the 40k Imperium (ruled by a godlike emperor who is totally not a god you guys, he's also not human but pretends he kinda is sometimes, he loves and kisses and has done the dirty with a slightly less powerful being of a similar nature whose name starts with M, has several equally off-human children who all have issues and hate each other...) And then they made the biggest one in charge of everything a mix of Leman and Magnus, known for despising each other.
Unlike the Emperor in 40k though, I guarantee you that the Dragon Emperor has 0 problems with being worshipped like a god, probably because he's older than most Fantasy gods

Fun Fact: The ability to use Yin and Yang magic requires proficiency, if not total mastery, of all of the Winds of Magic. The reason Yuan Bo does not have this in-game is because, like the rest of his family, he is simply better at using some of the Winds of Magic more than others, and so prefers to use them instead, and his strongest affinity is for the Celestial Magics of the Wind of Azyr. As an aside, human mages are only allowed to practice Astromancy in Cathay, and it is actually illegal for humans to practice any other form of magic in Cathay, as decreed by the Dragon Emperor himself. One of Yuan Bo's chief responsibilities given to him by his father is to strictly monitor and regulate the usage of magic within Cathay, which is why he has such strong ties to the Astromancers of the Celestial Court.
Just feel like I should point out, crowmen are busted right now. If they're in range of harmony, which with lanterns and drums is not hard at all to ensure, they sit at a pretty insane 41 melee attack, 40 melee defense and 45 weapon strength. On a unit that costs 600 gold, yet hits on par with elite damage dealer units like chosen, swordmasters and wardancers. They'll fold like paper against ranged fire, but that's what stalk's for, and if you use them to hit exposed flanks, they're ridiculously good at mulching infantry. The ROR is even better with better stats and a bombardment ability capable of deleting chaff in a single use. So yeah, dismissing them as flying scouts is doing a disservice to what's honestly the strongest unit added to Cathay's roster with the DLC.

That would be a great feature for all those times a small group of beastmen or a rogue army just appear and raid in your extremely well fortified territories while your armies are all busy with more important tasks.
Won't be buying the dlc but happy to give you and other content creators a view and subscription etc. CA have a deep hole to dig themselves out of now, can't describe how pissed off I am about the state of the game at the moment. Think the majority of us have been repressing our annoyance about it since launch telling ourselves "it'll get better" until this point now where it seems like we've all had enough of CAs behaviour.
That’s my position as well. There’s only so many promises of a better tomorrow before you have to take a long hard look and where you really stand. For me that will mean distancing myself from the company and pursuing other tangential avenues.

DLC is way too expensive for the little amount of units and new lackluster faction mechanics. The faction updates also suck with the patch. That is not even including the bugs the patch will introduce and not be fixed for months.
