Nord Electro 6D - Customizing the Piano Engine Library (Delete & Load Samples)

If you keep the internal factory set - you're really missing out! There are some amazing sounds in the Nord library, meaning you can customize the Electro to exactly what you require.

The customization seems very useful. 4:49 was that EP 2 Ideal Timbre Large? That was just pure ear candy...I have been searching for an EP sound like that! Any way you can tell me the settings/effects? I am going to try to replicate it somehow 😂. First on the XM and then, Argon 8, DeepMind or Software.

What I've found as a Nord fanboy... the XLs really don't sound THAT much different than the Mediums. Yeah, there's a difference, and each key has been multi-sampled from a real piano (unlike the mediums, which are every few keys). It's really not noticeable, even with headphones. They do such a good job, that the Medium versions are pretty much all you need. Though, with 1GB, I tend to go for the Velvet XL (that's my favorite grand they do), and the Bambino XL just sounds heavenly to my ears. I don't see the point of the Enhanced electric pianos which overall take up about 60mb more than the original versions. EP2 is my favorite and definitely the "Ideal" Rhodes sound, which they themselves said. There's just something about that Piano Library that really appeals to me. It isn't a Kontakt piano library like Sampletekk or something (with hammerback samples, I love that sound)... but they sound amazing, especially for the size. Speaking of Sampletekk--- their Rain Upright is the same as the Nord Rain... their "Old Lady MKII" (collab with another company) is the Nord "Grand Lady D".... and Sampletekk also provided Nord's Studio Grand 2 (a universal favorite), which I think came from Sampletekk's "TBO"... and lastly, their "Emperor MKII" is Nord's "Grand Imperial"... just a heads-up, if you want the Nord pianos in your computer as well. Go with Sampletekk! :) That said... enjoy it! I'm going to go for an Electro 6D 61 soon... either that or the Nord Grand... not sure, but probably the Electro 6D. :)

After changing. up the sounds on my electro 6D, when i turn it off and on, it immediately restores to factory settings. Do you know how to fix this issue?
