I just purchased the Nord Electro 6D 73 key. Now I need an expression pedal for organ and foot-switch for simulated leslie. What brand pedal and switch is compatible with Nord?
Hi Rob excellent vid love my 6D to bits however one small problem the factory splits are in the wrong place is there any softwear to enable me to select a user split as on all other boards. many thanks tonewheeldave;

Durante l' esecuzione di una canzone mi occorrono molti suoni, un pianoforte, un violino insieme a dei cori, un organo e un flauto, tutti con volumi diversi, tipo l'organovolume basso i violini più alti il pianoforte meno alto. Per ogni canzone creare questi banchi di suoni, nominarli e salvarli ma senza cancellare quelli creati dalla casa Nord. Come devo fare per ottenere tutto questo. Am I right, all celeste, glockenspiel, harp, guitar, anything like that, is all only single sample? deciding between this, mojo, vr-700/730, or a used old organ keybed (roland vk 7 or 8 for example), and software from an ipad.
You could have as many samples as you like over the keyboard range but only one per velocity. Dynamics are made by the filter which is a bit meh but it is what it is. Really wish they’d just open up the piano editor like they did the sample one so you could make good sample instruments for, like you said, Celeste, harp etc.
So, this is basically adding "new" features ... from 30 years ago. For the Electro 7, design an instrument for this century, not a reface of the Electro 5. With that tiny 80s screen you can almost do nothing. You can't still split 2 sounds from the sample synth version. You still haven't put pitch and mod wheels. Only 512 mb of memory ... in 2019. And so on. With new brands coming with more features and less price, Nord is lagging behind. There're no excuses to keep overpricing these keyboards anymore.
