@@acenoboogie8767 I am not saying that he didn't do it,what I am saying is how can you judge someone because of how they look to you. Everyone doesn't see the same thing. But hey I'm no expert...
The other guy told everything.....at first I was skeptical but after seeing this guy talk I definitely believe him. This guy did it and the other dude probably had little to nothing to do with it
💯 Agree, Big Difference In attitude I hope they Free the other Guy, he definitely shouldn’t be Locked up. This Man has no remorse whatsoever he’s where he should be cold as ice 🥶
Sounds to me like he's met up with an old friend for a "catch up", Asked him if they should go get some food.. Knowing full well what he was planning, Only brought his past friend along to try and make out it was him and he was never there, Claiming not to know him and yet 'I mean I've talked to him a couple of times'... Strange strange man.
@Charles Banks A journalist isn't legally bound to that just like a regular citizen isn't. Someone could tell you they want to talk to a lawyer all day but you can keep talking to him because you're a journalist or a regular person--not police. (I can't believe I had to type this. Are you that guy in the video?) Geezus
@Charles BanksI agree 100%. This guy said at least 10x I don't wanna talk about my case until I talk to my lawyer first. And they ignore his request and continue to question him, in total violation of his constitutional rights!
The worst thing you could do is try and explain yourself out of a situation. The more you talk, the deeper hole you will dig for yourself. One of your most important rights is your right to remain silent... ANYTHING YOU SAY, CAN AND WILL BE USED AGAINAT YOU IN A COURT OF LAW! Your Miranda rights are written in plain, simple English! Remember this......Anything you say, CAN .....AND WILL.....BE USED AGAINST YOU.
@@tizthelocsmith4758 💯 facts these niggas don’t know, talking just fucks shit up way more. for example King Von, His co-defendant snitched on him in that 2015 murder case and got 28 years, 3 years later king Von was released FOR NO EVIDENCE And NO WITNESS. Don’t talk, you get out simple.
@@DrivenA111 yes, the fact that he's not well spoken doesn't mean he's guilty. However, the way he behaved is not how innocent people behave. And the way he professed his innocence (I'm really innocent, or whatever) is just icing on the cake.
Suspect offers to do an interview: Interviewer ask questions: Suspect: I gotta talk to my lawyer about these type of questions -Sir just go back to your cell 😂😂😂
He also tried to talk him out of it as well.. Tell the whole story if you're gonna bring the friend up 🤔... What else can u do when someone isnt in their right SOBER mind with a LOADED gun pointed at someone else ✌🏾🤦🏾?
Seems like the police brings the reporters in to get them to relax and say more. He don’t realise he incriminating himself in some of his statements still
The other guy said he tried to talk this guy out of shooting the innocent lady. After seeing this guys stare, I can see what the other guy meant. He got that killa stare and guilty voice
damn that brother eyes makes me scared, he may be little but he's about control, him with a gun would be a terrifying and tragic experience for the victim, even a relationship with him would be scary, thank God im a guy
He shouldn't say a damn word but instead they think they can convince the general public they're stand up guy. What they don't know is the wealth of info to be used against them in a court of law and lawyers always plan a
I have watched a lot of these interviews. Can't understand why anyone speaks to the local news. Innocent or guilty it never looks good to explain yourself to the local news station. It's a waste of your time, makes your lawyer work harder to clean up that mess, & the general public isn't going to be the one deciding your fate.
This lady got killed for virtually no reason whatsoever. Maybe 5 dollars in her wallet? There is video of both men robbing her. They can say anything they want.
You better get used to that food.... because you going be eating that food for life..and you killed that beautiful mother of 2.. and when she didn't give you a dime and you killed that and you need to get from that's that's you don't like
At least he's smart enough to know not to speak to the police. He told them several times, I don't wanna talk to you. I rather wait until I talk to my lawyer. Clearly they are violating his rights. He tells them he doesn't want to talk to them about his case, and they ignore him and continue to question him. Smh. Then again.....this is a reporter. So they don't have to honor his Miranda rights. They don't apply. But his words would certainly come back to haunt him!
ALSO HE SHOULD STOP TALKING PERIOD IF THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE HIM WHEN HE SAYS I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT HIS CAME BUT HE ALLOWED THEM TO KEEP DOING IT SO.....,,SOMETIMES PEOPLE ARE SO SO SMART THAT THEY ARE DUMB DUMBB LOL FRFR, & IF I KNOW IM INNOCENT I WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE TO MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT A LAWYER, UNLESS IT GOT TO A POINT WHERE I FELT AS THOUGH THEY WE'RE TRYING TO RAILROAD ME
The interviewer asked "what's I like being in here if you innocent?"He said" innocent man in jail? Umm " like he had to think about what an innocent person would feel like. This guy done it and of course I would believe he did it before the other guy did but the other one was along for the robbery and maybe he didn't want the woman to get killed but he didn't turn himself in immediately and since someone was killed during the robbery that he was a part of he's gonna get smoked just maybe not as bad as this guy will because the other one was more open about the situation.
@@shakeemrobinson30 Bishop killed the store owner during the robbery and Omar Epp’s character and the crew didn’t want to snitch. So they caught heat behind it. This guy seems like the Bishop character. Different outcomes of course.

A bad seed that should have never been allowed to enter into this world. What he don't, Is his lawyer can save him from the needle,He will never be able to bond out of prison.
He definitely did it and had his homeboy caught n the mix and can’t just honestly say the other boy that was with him didn’t have nothing to do with it,buh because he a coward and can’t take accountability he wants everybody to go down with him,and the point he has no remorse speak volumes about his raising….
