Awesome World is a Channel made to connect different culture around the World! How Awesome is That! [SB BOYZ] / @1verse_official / sbboyz_ / singingbeetle
It was very entertaining to see you in the video and I wish you all the best for your debut and that you have the opportunity to travel all over the world and see all the places you want to see. Stay happy and healthy
That’s so wild how North Korea is so disconnected from the world. He really seems like a good kid. Glad he’s in the correct side free to learn bout the world.
Fun fack, when the editor put a photo of brazilian football player he show a wrong photo of Garrincha, the photo its Jairzinho. Who is a great footballer as well
As a Brazilian I feel very proud of this girl, she is amazing... And these guys? how cute.... IF they left North Korea, won't the government try to get them back?
😊 Such a good boys! I hope... I mean, I WISH that these fellas have always full health to take their longevity to travel around wonderful places of the World. They deserves the best! 😊
She is very charismatic! As a brazilian, it is nice to watch her interact with people Same with Ana who from time to time also participates in the channel
interesting how the one who grew up thinking that there was only north korea in the world is the one that watches documentaries about other countries. I'm pretty sure that's what I would do. Imagine discovering our beautiful world for the first time!
In fact, the legend is not good luck lol the legend: they get unmarried girls pregnant. (I had a friend of mine who believed this, she was from Ilha do Marajó.). when in fact it was an invasion to justify single girls being pregnant. "it was the boto (pink dolphin)".😳
Actually, the Boto legend has roots in the Amazon indigenous legends, where women would prefer to have intimacy with them than with men, usually because of penis size or because men were generally OBSCENELY gross, according to some versions. But yes, people in Ilha do Marajó "e alhures" still use the Boto legend to cover s3xu4l abuse, unfortunately, because this discredits and empties out our rich folklore and mythology while perpetuating horrendous acts.
@@vivi4798 unfortunally Rio and São Paulo are the only states used to represent our country, but the richiest culture are in the north and northeast of Brazil. And I said this living in the extreme south.
When he talked about the big circle trying to refers to the carnival, actually he's talking about the Parintins' festival between the two bulls the red one and the blue one which happens in Amazonas state.
Ah there was like this whisper game kind of think it wasn't that I don't know how to explain it But they introduced themselves there They're from the predebut group called sbboyz which currently has them seok and hyuk from north Korea Kenny from USA aito from Japan
I'm from Amazonas and here people say the pink dolphin can bewitch people and make them drown in the rivers, go crazy or impregnate a girl. It's really dark nothing to do with luck.
@@mavymanu Oh, I forgot about Brasilia XD XD And Mato Grosso? Sorry, I'm not even Suramerican, but Centralamerican. I studied Portuguese a few years ago. But the point is, without previous studies, and being Brasil and Amazon both so huge, that mistake won't be unusual. That happens with my country too, Costa Rica. Because of Jurassic Park, some people think our capital is in the beach, when actually it's in the central valley, and it's not so small as one could think.
@@azarishiba2559 In fact, all Brazilian capitals have more than 300 thousand people. Manaus, capital of the state of Amazonas, has a population of 2 million people for example.
Amazon as the lung of Earth is a very popular, but imprecise description. Indeed it is the most biologically diverse forest, but roughly half of the oxygen is produced by phytoplankton present in the ocean. Amazon rainforest is supposed to produce at most a fifth, but even that number isn't a scientific proven fact.
@@Mi-my7pwThey are not exaggerating. We know very well, also from history and experiences under similar totalitarian, communist regimes and dictatorships how they work and what they do to people. A totalitarian state, where people live under constant control, with a huge system of denunciation, no freedoms, but constant threat, purges, tortures, murders, executions, genocide of innocent people that can be called "the enemies of the system" almost for everything, forced labour camps, gulags and concentration camps where whole families are sent to, repeating famine and other atrocities, constant total brainwashing of people etc. And the whole nation forced to behave just like puppets, by a dictator.
Is Seok for real or is he just playing up his North Korean refugee status as a PR strategy? He says he ddn't go to school, but he could actually find Brazil on the map unlike Hyuk.
At first I thought this video was a serious representation of DPRK koreans, but then I saw the other videos and understood this was just US propaganda 🫠 Oh well...
He probably saw the Parintins festival in the documentary about the Amazon. It's a famous festival that takes place in the state of Amazonas, in Brazil.
The Parintins festival only takes place in the interior of Amazonas. On the other hand, at a national level we have other cultural events such as Carnival (occurs in February), June square dance shows (occurs from June to July), among others. I live in the capital, a city in the north of the state of Pará (where Amazonas is located) and, yet, we have events in the city in honor of folk legends that are also the focus of the Parintins event.
at the same time I was wondering about how long he thought like that, because as children it is normal to think like that, but after a certain age... I can't even imagine
I think it's propaganda. They're probably sk pretending they're from the north and trying to make them look as ignorant as possible. For one example do you really think north Koreans believe kim Jong un doesn't have a butthole or poop? I sincerely doubt that.
Brazil recently made official one that centralizes Brazil, it ends up not being very different from the one that centralizes the USA, I imagine that Korea's is the same as Japan's
@@toshigami-sama9177Brazil follows the European mundi-map style, so Europe is the center. Same with all the American continent. Because the Americas were colonized by europeans, initially.
Hyuk knew surprisingly much about Brazil. He just seemed to be mixing a few things up. He's got a very lively imagination, and it was quite enjoyable to see how enthusiastic he became as the conversation went on :D Kailey really is a pretty good teacher as well.
What matters is he have the imagination and the courage to learn and that is an amazing trait to have, too many people tend to get frustrated and that just brings them down.
Seok came from the city in nk while Hyuk came from the country side so it's interesting to hear how they were taught differently within the same country
That's interesting because communist countries tended to have very good education, especially on an efficiency scale. East Germany and Russia had some of the highest scores in international studies despite investing several times less money per student, and that was even before taking into account that they did way more academic disciplines. East Germany is not counted anymore but Russia still gets top education with the investment of a poor country these days.
The interesting thing about Seok is that he seems to have learned the world map from a Korea-centered map as well. Some communist countries did that. The place he pointed to before seeing the map and after seeing the map were pretty different.
11:48 Literally translating, "Oi" means "Hi" and "Hello" means "Olá". "Olá" seems more polite because it"s formal and older than "Oi". "Olá" is used since century 18th (XVIII - According with google), while "Oi" only came on 1970's, it's a fun and short way to greeting. To understand you can compare with "Annyeong" and "Annyeonghaseyo". But to comunicante you can use any, because brazilian people don't really annoy with that.
Yes, I'm Brazilian and your research is right, the most of our people don't really care if you say it wrong, we embrace the new people who are visiting our country and trying to speak our language. To be honest, even if the visitor doesn't speak our language, we would still be happy to welcome them.
fun fact: Amazon is definitely not the world’s lungs, as it consumes just as much oxygen as its produced. I’m pretty sure that if there had to be a “lung” a better comparison would be the algae or something like that
I think you're confused... Lungs don't produce oxygen, like algae does, they filter it, just like the florest. That's why the Amazon is known as the world lungs, it filters it and store much of its CO2 in form of organic matter at the florest floor.
Another beautiful Brazilian woman! So far, all the Brazilian women have put on a show!
They asked a North Korean what life is like there and he replied "I can't complain", then they said "Is it that good?" and he said "I literally can't complain"
hyuk is so sweet and it’s amazing to see he and seok learn so many new things and get to experience more in this world :( keep up with the SB BOYZ please I would love to continue seeing them on this channel with new content and chances to experience different cultures !!
Kayle is cute and charismatic, the boys too, please bring the three of them so we can make more videos together because I loved seeing the three of them together, and I'm very happy that the boys are now in North Korea and can study and discover more things about the world.❤❤
No way!! Hyuk and Seok on Awesome World?! this is the coolest collab frl lol~ Everyone be sure to check out SB BOYZ and give them support as they prepare to debut!
