Depends what games and when. Are we really going to sit there and whine about them putting a game on another platform 2-3 years later? Look at the 4 games they put on other consoles. Grounded - 4 years old Sea of Thieves- 6 years old Pentiment - 2 year old, super niche game. Nobody on Xbox played that game and it isn’t a console seller by any means. HiFi Rush - Great game but it flopped on PlayStation. It’s a smaller, niche title too. Will they put other games on PlayStation? Of course but it does matter what and when. Most of the ABK stuff will be multiplat. I’m personally not bothered by them putting live service stuff on other consoles. Putting smaller titles years after they dropped on Xbox and PC is also fine with me. Putting bigger tentpole stuff on competing platforms is the no go for me.

If you’re gonna like it and watch it, then why not just enjoy the games? We don’t need console wars to enjoy gaming. Play on whatever you feel is comfortable

I kind of agree with you. The hype isn’t really there this year, at least not yet because of the state of the community. I’m also struggling to enjoy gaming because of the discourse in the gaming community.

@@houragents5490 The game play is really fun it’s somewhere in between Bayonetta another and Sekiro. Steller Blades gameplay is not only fun it’s also a complete package there are almost no bugs and No Micro transactions, The game has a variety of enemies including large bosses. Now the best thing about this is you can play the demo for free for yourself and you will be like wow this game is really good (Smove is full of it)

Gaming is a hobby and a passion for most of "us". I just don't get why people are so attached to a platform. Being in upper management for most of my career, we always look at the bottom line. How profitable are we and how can we become more profitable. MS is making adjustments and changes to ensure their success. Why do you take it as an insult because xbox games are going to other platforms? Don't you have the same options to play on your xbox? Why does it bother you guys so much? It's kind of petty.

Same reason ppl are attracted to sports teams, Pepsi, car manufacturers - brand recognition. If Tom Brady played for the pats and jets in the same season, I would not be a pats fan.

Same I'm with you Smoove the hype for Xbox feels dead. Xbox is essentially a 3rd party publisher like ea , Ubisoft. Nobody gets hyped for 3rd party publishers.

Im super stoked for the showcase, and the recent update video Bethesda put out today for the May 15th update to Starfield kinda pushes my hype up even more. If the games coming for the 2nd half of 2024 all hit for xbox, with the games at least hitting in the 80's are good to great games, I'll be happy that Xbox finally had an above just solid year.

Another Xbox showcase in June… Great we get to see more games that will come out in four or five years. Xbox killed themselves the moment Phil said we can’t change this by just putting out great games. That asinine statement sank Xbox.
