A good experiment but I doubt you could PCR the product successfully without removing with that blue dye. Great music btw!

The Music has TO GO!!! My students laughed the whole time this video was playing. They were trying to play the guitar. I was not able to get anyone's attention due to the banjo music!! AWFUL AND EMBARRASING
