I'm past the point of caring where he is, who he's with or what he's doing! Wasted 13 yrs of my life on him & will NEVER have anything to do with him again! His loss, my gain! Good riddance!

My ex narcissist is a cancer she is so full of herself has an extreme sarcastic and pessimistic attitude and were good to strangers and co workers and people within her business networks yet every time I was with her I felt lonely she never cared about me nor loved me. I am a leo and we love wholeheartedly. I do not like being in trauma bonds and that's what she was for me a trauma bond.

@@StarrSun zodiac signs has nothing to do with whether you are compatible . A relationship with a narc will ALWAYS be toxic, dysfunctional, and it will never last. They do the most damage up close and personal which is why she was different ( kind ) with everyone accept you . They’ll destroy anything..just get into an intimate relationship with them ..

Zodiac signs has nothing to do with a relationship with a narcissist. They are prone to destroying every relationship.

I'm healing now from one of 2 surgeries. I told myself I will start dressing better and taking better care of myself and take myself out to eat, pamper myself more, eat better and more balanced meals. I am thinking about her less and less. I had a relapse of drinking everytime I thought about her for about a month. So now I plan to stop drinking and heal from within go to myself emotionally by continuously going to therapy and mentally by going to a psychiatrist. Thank you Zion for your videos. You are a gem. I’ve been putting the love and care into myself. Stopped smoking again. I had quit before I met the narc, but he was a smoker and like a fool, I joined him with that horrid habit and started smoking again. Investing in me now. Self love, good food, peaceful nights sleeps. Straightened and whitened my teeth and feel good about that. Fitness is next on the agenda. Mentally and spiritually I am healing, but unfortunately this process take a little longer. I cannot wait to be in a place when I never think about him and I’m healed from the trauma. One day at a time. 🙏🏽

It's faster if you are in different towns and can't possibly have any unintended interaction or gossip reaching you... Rumination is much more common if they are still spatially near, prolongs the mental healing

I’m so glad I found your channel. I went through a year and a half of hell as he devalued me and philandered with the new supply.. new supply knew he was married, she didn’t care .. I divorced him , he married new supply in 5 months. I’ve gone 💯 no contact and I’m healing, loving myself and my kids.

All i know is after 3 years they still lurk.. Ill never deal with them again, in fact it seems solitude & a lot of distance is all i can do.. Way to many of them to advoid when oneself is healed & have strong spiritual gifts & boundaries.. I despise them!

They are weirdos 😅 A family member told me recently the ex Narc had been speaking positively about me to them. I interrupted & informed my family member to never bring the Narcs name or words into my mind & space again (good or bad); I don’t want to know about anything to do with them ever again. This is our opportunity to redraw our lines & this allows us to nourish our self love & positive regard. This is true healing.This time will come for you all, even if you can’t see the light through the trees right now Empaths ✨✨🧡

I honestly wish that he would not desire me after I’m gone. They lack the mental capacity to understand breakups, their ego is so fragile and their hate is so extreme. I keep moving in a positive direction while he is constantly trying to do ANYTHING demonic to remain relevant. I hope that he accepts that I’m gone and I will never return and he finds a supply he can live with.

2 months to the day she discarded me and I'm still trying to understand why despite acquiring the knowledge I need to understand since. I gave my all. Absolutely everything. And it took a while to see the discard for what it was. I thought she'd apologise and make amends for good, but she just got increasingly distant, even though we had a weekend away booked 2 weeks later. It's just nuts. PS. I find your videos very comforting. Thank you.

The ex narc has been blocked for five years! No contact . I went thru emotional, verbal, and finally physical abuse with one hit in my face due to my looking in his phone. He had been texting another female. I discarded him after he hit me. He’s tried to come back …. Sees me in public… I speak to him.. I’ve forgave him but I will NEVER forget the hell he put me through! I thank God for delivering me from that toxic relationship. 🙏

Everything you are saying in this video is facts! It was very hard at first. I didn’t know what I was going through until I started watching these videos five years ago. When I discarded him and exposed him for hitting me, he left me alone. The hoovering stopped. I caused a narcissistic injury. He had smeared my name all over town. That’s why I exposed him. His ego was bruised.

I really needed this message. I did have it in all angles. I escaped my mother's narcissism right in the arms of my 2nd narcissistic husband. Now, I am forced to live with my mother again. I didn't know my whole life that I was suffering from narcissistic abuse. that's all I knew. I don't feel crazy anymore when I hear your messages. God bless you for making these videos.

Do you mean can still feel my energy when I've gone completely no contact? I'm in a different time zone. Changed my phone number. Blocked his email addresses, blocked everything. I have no social media and I don't look at his. For all he knows I've disappeared from the face of the Earth. Does he still energetically feel that I think about him? Demonic for sure.

Hate is a strong form of supply for a Narc; they often enjoy your hate more than your love. So, it’s good you are not feeling hate towards that person…these people don’t even deserve our energy in the form of hate, to be honest. Indifference & healing is the goal for us all. Stay strong ✨✨🧡
