Hello doctor, I have a Qs for you, Are Nepafenac drops (NSAID) helpful in treating a corneal abrasion?? I had a corneal abrasion and have been using Nepafenac drops for about 2 months now.
Andrew Thiyam never use nsaid in cases of abrasions over cornea. Stop asap and consult ur ophthalmologist right away. U may need antibiotics , lubrication .
Andrew Thiyam i cant say but nsaids delay healing. So better to stop asap. Actually by now u would have had some symptoms, if no symptoms like blurry vision, pain or redness.. then either u never had an abrasion or u hv been lucky enough to escape. Show ur doctor
