Heeeeyyyyyy, Bondy, girl!!!!! Ok!!! So....... I believe that the significance of the quik-cut between Justice's intimate moment of solitude and sorrow while the Stevie Wonder song was playing to Iesha, randomly and raunchily dancing for TRIFLING and UNDESERVING Chicago was shot, by design, to illustrate the juxtaposition between the DISILLUSIONMENT of Janet being alone and, therefore, assumably "lacking" or "suffering" and Iesha being "partnered" and that dynamic SEEMINGLY being more "lively" or "ideal" - when we ALL KNOW, in actuality, the situation between Iesha and Chicago was disgustingly toxic. And, although Justice felt that she was in a state of Isolation, she was ACTUALLY in a state of SPIRITUAL SOLITUDE, designed for her to reflect, learn and most importantly, GROW to the next level in her life; thus, in fact, setting HER up for a GREAT comeback!!!!! 🏆

I loved your point about how Justice may have felt after Tip was shot. I also think she went through the “what ifs” as well as part of her guilt. She sent him to get the candy…I’m sure she felt guilty for all of it, which is a terrible cross to bear

Right, I think the whole cussing around your parents is just a respect thing and not a staying in a child’s place thing and smoking in her house was part of her rules and boundaries…….because he is grown doesn’t mean he’s able to do what he wants in HER house……smoke outside if it’s that serious because it’s not about him working and being grown it’s her house…..the same way I can’t come in your house and put my feet on your furniture because I’m grown, I understand where she was going with that perspective but I don’t agree…….I don’t cuss around my parents to be respectful and I’m treated as a grown woman but however I’m aware and respectful of their boundaries especially in their homes

Some of my favorites from your review and movie: I loved when you sang that song I think the words were something like....."why didn't you stay." You took me back growing up in Nola when you talked about that roller wrap🤣🤣 Your breakdown of the mirror images and personality of the reason for the friendship between Chicago and Lucky. It was dead on. I loved the scene when Justice was walking beside the truck exhausted, mad and tired a$$ shit! She looked so funny!😂

Happened to me yesterday some guy wouldn't take me saying "stop talking to me" as a sign to stop . He kept proceeding to ask me to help him find a " lost pet" Meanwhile I'm in my back patio area back to this guy. I cannot see this dude. I told him whatever he going through not my problem. Still with the lost pet sh*. I gathered my weed n weapons and went in the house. It still goes on today. This is why I am asexual Men are too weird and aggressive nowadays for me
