Regarding the NPC HUD, I think the Paragon models actually have non-weighted bones on their skeletons that they attach health bars to. If your animations aren't making use of every single bone in the Mannequin rig (like some of the ik bones, for example) you could designate one of them for the HP bar attach to, and then set the bone position in your animations/station poses to where you want the hud to be. Hopefully that made sense, looking forward to this coming to the marketplace!
can you pleeeeeease add interactive animations with the main character? like if i go near a npc i can shake hands or give a hug, so i can sey hi with shaking hands, then start a conversation, like the example you use on the maganer tutorial, wen you link 2 animations to npc to talk each other. your job here is amazing, for me the only think that is mising is the npc interact animations with the main character. interact with a npc change everything, i can add animations to eat with them, read a book, practice with swords, but we need the blue print to make npc interact.
