Incredible 3 ingredient Nutella Cookies! These cookies are unbelievably easy to whip up and make the most delicious, soft, and chewy decadent cookies that are packed full of chocolatey goodness.

This is a wonderful recipe, I've made it for years. Put in a good blast of vanilla extract when you mix in the flour. Top it with a quarter piece Kraft caramel and a little sea salt. It's a wonderful treat.

@@shahadamjad5846 I don't think a tablespoon would be too much. Just be sure to use real vanilla extract, not vanilla flavor. Spice Islands has a very good vanilla, you'll probably find it in most larger grocery stores in the spice section. Happy Baking

I made these last week, they’re delicious. In Italy they are called Nutellotti and you can add a blob of Nutella and chopped hazelnuts in the middle of the biscuit dough before you bake them.

I already tried your blueberry and apple pie recipes during quarantine and both were great! I love your positive energies! Definitely going to try this one with my 4-years old daughter. She always says no when I say "let's cook this and that," but eventually she participates happily, and usually finishes the dishes for me by leaking entire utensils and prep bowls.

Wow. I just baked these. I was skeptical because the dough was crumbly, but I balled them well. They baked perfectly at 10 minutes. Glad I made a double batch. Crispy on outside; chewy on inside.

I have more Nutella than I know what to do with so this is perfect! The cookies are in the oven right now. As suggested, I added vanilla, walnuts, and a dash of salt. 8 more minutes! EDIT: And it's done! Yummy! Perfect, not overwhelmingly sweet. Thanks for this recipe.

I did 2 batches one just like yours. Then for another batch I put half cup of coconut flakes and 1 tsp of vanilla. Tastes amazing both ways :).

Just made these last night and they are SO GOOD. And so easy; at most 20 minutes start to finish. I used the wrong size scoop and only got 8 cookies instead of 11. Next time I'm going to sprinkle a little fleur-de-sel on them before they go in the oven. Thanks!
