I totally understand what you mean about Your Husband being your strength when you are feeling down and vise versa. It's been wonderful having my Fiance there when I need him. Even seven thousand + miles away he completes me. I am not sure why it is but he is someone that have never met before in the States. Nigerian Men are so romantic, respectful, loving and caring. I too found Nigeria to be amazing. My Fiance lives in Oyo State a couple hours from Lagos. I love the People and culture. Hoping to go this August if able to fly. Right now Lagos Airport is closed for incoming international flights. Praying

We married 2.5 years ago and we are now waiting on NVC's final process to get us an interview. Our documents were accepted already and we received an email from NVC stating our case was updated (10/15/19). It didn't really say that it was approved. It just said that it was updated and for us to check our ceac portal page. What's your status?

moe ali well....as a whole, it scares me. I have a lot of friends who are now tied up in this ban. They're sad and scared. I try to read about it and stay informed on why they made the initial decision and how they plan to resolve it. I know Nigeria has a lot of conflict with some of those teroist groups in the North. I was happy to here the announcement that Pompeo gave regarding the help we've extended to Nigeria to help resolve some of these security issues. I hope and pray it will be resolved soon. Once you marry a Nigerian and visit their beautiful country....it becomes a part of your soul. His family becomes your own and these issues become soooo relevant in your heart. I pray God protect Nigeria and all is people. It was only by God's grace my husband was able to come home.
I got my visiting visa to USA in 2017. When I arrived LAX airport in March 9 2017 the CBP officer that interviewed me later revoked my visa I asked why he said no tangible reasons for him to revoked the visa( I think it’s because of trump BAN ) when I got back to Nigeria I tried to reapply but they said I have to wait for the old revoked visa to expire. The visa expired in 2019. I relocate to dubai in 2020 and I already have my permanent residence ID in dubai and also owns a partnership project management company here in Dubai. So I’m planning on applying for another USA 🇺🇸 visa from Dubai, I hope and I pray I got approved.
I got approved via nvc on April 1st 2020.... The said documentary qualified Am from Nigeria, are the still conducting interview at this time of corona stuff

Osakpawan obayabonna Our case was sent to nvc on Sept 22 and they had accepted it Oct 28. We paid all the fees and submitted our documents Oct 31. Everything was approved Nov 22. His interview was issued Jan 17 and it was held Feb 12. He had his visa in hand Feb 14 😊😊😊 God's plan! All together it was around 5 months from the day it left uscis to the day of his interview
dhariq ahamed we submitted our documents oct 31 and then one week later they rejected our police clearance so we resubmitted and we're all qualified Nov 22. Then they assigned our interview Jan 17th and interview held Feb 12.
