I met a Nigerian man online we are getting married June 2022 he is the best man I've ever met in my life I love his family they welcomed me with open arms
I’m getting married in 3 weeks to my Nigerian love. I’m glad you follow your heart, love is always a gamble I wish you and your husband the best of luck
classy Lady that's lovely. Thank you for commenting. I have a couple more videos on there that explains a little more about our immigration journey so far. We're almost finished...should be just a couple more months. Super excited!
@Naija Wife Hope things are well with u & ur King I too have met my Nigerian love online we are happy and definitely love each other he’s a music artist so talented I will be going to Nigeria in August
I'm sorry, but you're a fool. If you can't find a good man here there's something wrong with you. Nigerian men just want to marry American women for a Visa. You're pretty much getting a mail order groom.
I keep hearing immigrants in Nigeria talk about people asking them for money and I think I should set this straight. In Nigeria, we ask everybody for money. *We give money in Nigeria like you give hugs, kisses and flowers in America. It’s a very casual thing.* You chip it in jokingly and many a time, it is a joke... “See how you’re looking so fresh today, anything for your boy/girl?” Even middle class and rich people also make casual monetary demands of each other. It’s nothing serious. *People asking you for money isn’t just because you’re American, it’s a casual culture we have here.*
Thank you SommyBliss for explaining this to us. I am an American woman who will be traveling to Nigeria soon to meet my fiancé. We also will be getting married while I am visiting. I am so excited.
Yea, its a dream coming true for me like a prophesy. Another American lady shared her own sweet Nigerian husband experience she even met over there and someone said Nigerian men again? Are they so unique? And i replied, it must not be negativity about Nigeria all the time. And in fact, that a time will come when men and women from Europe and America will be coming to Africa and Nigeria in particular to get a spouse. And here we are. Other things aside Nigerian mothers do well on our upbringing and Nigerians are loved globally but such love is hidden underneath negativity and expressed on a one on one basis. You know am correct. Thanks for sharing a positive and being bold coming to Naija. God bless your marriage our wife.
I find this to be exactly true. Nigerian men are respectful, loving, gentle and kind. They value family over all...something that has become so obsolete here in the US. My cousin also married a man from Senegal just last month. I can't wait to return to Nigeria again next month. Thank you for leaving a comment. I have traveled the world and found Nigeria to be one of the most beautiful countries in both spirit and beauty.
I'm getting married in Lagos next month for traditional Yoruba wedding. We met online and I flew to meet him in Dubai 3mo after. I remember ppl saying "he will trade you for cattle"... Nobody wanted me to go... Ive been to Lagos a few times since then... In 3wks I'll be there since everything has opened up from COVID... There is a straight flight to Nigeria from Atlanta to ease your travel time... I get so annoyed with their electricity issues. When they see us "oyinbo" (whites) they all think we are rich
There you go , but the media will show you that our men blacks do not know how to treat there women 🙄 bullshit a Nigerian man will buy you a car just to say am sorry # that was my Dad to my mum ..
I had the ecxatly same experience. I flew to Lagos, NI, January 2020 to meet my boyfriend, the most handsome man ever. We got married in February. I was just amazing. I loved the country and the people. He is very protective as well, never left my hands and my said, also his family and friends. I made some great friends. It was very hard to left him there, very sad.
Thank you soooooo much for posting this... I’m dating a guy from Lagos and plan to marry him but like you said there are so many negative stuff online this brought tears to my eyes..... I really thank you for sharing this
I'm happy to share my experience with anyone willing to listen. Nigeria has a lot to offer. Try not to let anyone influence your heart other than God. I know it's hard because your family just worried about you. You're welcome to add me on fb and check out some of our pictures. My husbands immigration is almost finished. It's been a loooonnnng year!
Thanks for sharing this my lovely wife is an American , she passed through this ordeal , I wanna add you up on Facebook to follow you on immigration process you guys passed through
Am a Nigerian guy n base in Nigeria. Not all Nigerian guys are about the negative rumours you may have heard abroad in your country. We r humans n above all most of us got a pure hearts too n I am so glad hearing it from dis beautiful Mrs n Mrs I wish u d fullest joy in Ur marraige to my Nigerian brother😁.
My husband is from Nigeria ❤️❤️thank you for this... I think people need to know the real way things are in Nigeria, the people are beautiful and so is the country❤️
Hi it's David Nice meeting you on here. May I have the chance to know the Angel behind this beautiful face? sorry for dropping this in your comment section my dear my name is David Curtis if you don't mind I will love to know you I hope I have not been rolled 💌💌💌💌
I met my Nigerian husband online too. He lived in Rome at the time. I visited him there 3 times, staying a month each time. Then Covid restrictions kept us apart for 8 months. We hated that but it was a good test for our relationship , which thrived ! Finally things opened up again and i travelled to Rome again, this time to bring him home with me. So he came to UK where we both live now. We were engaged Sept 2020 and after he came to UK we married Oct 2021. We video call his family regularly, they are so accepting of me ( even tho we have a large age gap! ) Thank you for info on this video because I am so excited to go to Nigeria this year for the first time. He is a lovely husband by the way.
Congrats! My husband and I are waiting for the I-130/ I-130A... I should be traveling back to Naija in February. Naija is beautiful and so are the people...
You know what, we give you a new Nigerian name, You are now known and called Zainab. We appreciate you for giving a positive image about us.. You are loved and anyday your husband misbehaves, we will come and deal with him, you are our daughter, sister, . We love you
That was an amazing experience. I'm a Nigerian and I can assure you that majority of Nigerian men are truly amazing. They are nice, hardworking, intelligent, caring, responsible, and so, so loving. They can literally worship their wives because they respect them. They ensure that they are comfortable and lack nothing. I'm so happy for you for making such a decision, you're so lucky. Congratulations!
My first time in Nigeria I remember that wall of hot air... I go back in 3wks since COVID had allowed everything to open... Trump adding Nigeria to the travel ban makes it so hard... So now we are settling in Canada after the wedding while we wait for the ban to lift.
I left out the point that during this visit we are having a traditional Yoruba wedding... We were engaged in Dubai after meeting online as well.. Yes everyone was against it, but making that decision to go has changed my life. I'm now learning Yoruba and pidgin. Good luck to you as you go thru your spousal visa, the travel ban is why we are moving to Canada
@@kakinasande5864 up to a year.. Every case is different.. Also, if they have been outside of Nigeria before, it tends to be a bit quicker, but usually 8mo to 14mo....were doing this in a pandemic right after the ban, so I pray it won't effect our waiting time too much
@@henessy.-.45 I plan on making a trip this September to Lagos. Never traveled that far. I’m concerned about the travel ban and if it’s still in effect.
I've been with my man for 3 years now started talking online video everyday and night I've met his mom dad and family as well plan to get married no he is not a scammer there are scammers yes but he is a good man and makes me happy hes my bestfriend I talk to him about everything and hes been my biggest supporter.when we first started talking as friends I had a big crush on him he's so cute and sweet very good looking and has a heart of gold I love him I've never loved any man the way I love him and if you see this I love you ezeka your my other half cant wait to get married someday and start our own family
Congratulations! Best of luck to you and your new family. Follow your heart and create your own beautiful stories and memories....it's an experience of a lifetime.
A very dear friend of mine is in love and wants to go to Nigeria to meet and merry the love of her life. I have been terrified of the idea. I haven't expressed myself to her because she is a grown woman who will make her own choices and I don't want her to feel I'm against her because I'm not against her, I'm just worried. So I decided to search some videos about other womens experiences. Yours is the first video I have clicked on so far so I really want to thank you for this. You have eased my mind quite a bit. I really hope my friend has the same amazing luck in love, trust and travel as you have managed. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.
I certainly understand your concerns. 100% of my friends and family were concerned and 100% of his friends and family were concerned. Following my heart all the way to far Africa was a very bold decision and it was a huge risk to take....but...I'm soooo glad that I was strong enough to do it. I'm so glad I didn't listen to all my friends. For the first time in my life I followed my heart and my instincts and it turned out amazing. I am so in love with my husband and I was when I went to Africa for that first time....nothing could have stopped me. I felt like it was God's plan...and I still believe it IS God's plan. Good luck to your friend. Nigeria is an amazing country and the people are warm and kind. She'll have a lovely time there I am convinced. Try to support your friend even if your worried and scared. I can promise you she has no support in this from any of her friends or family. They're just so afraid of what they've heard and read. I understand but when you're going thru it without any support you feel in love but alone. Then if she decides to marry her man and go thru immigration...she's REALLY going to need the love and support from her friends and family. Immigration is so hard for any newlywed couple she'll really need you when she's going thru that. Good luck to you both. You're in my prayers.
I absolutely love my Nigerian man. He lives in Italy. As an American I cannot travel to see him neither can he come here to see me. But God is greater than any ban. Amen 🙏🏿
One secret to earn a Nigerian man's respect is to respect him, don't bruise his ego by insulting him, pray for him, encourage and support him in terms of business and investment, do this and he would treat you like a goddess.
I just come across you comment about Nigeria. Thanks for the comment. What you get on line is bad. Am glad you have good experience. Am a nigerian by birth and i have been in u.s. for. 40years. I go back for visit every year
Amazing, I didn't just stumble at this I was deliberately searching for a video that could give me hopes of having such a testimony like your kind, and thank God I found your video. Thanks for sharing and I want to say thank you to your man who has become one of those Nigerian men that has helped set our records straight God bless him for not harming, hurting, and betraying the love you had for him. Happy married Life.
I b Nigerian girl and thank u fr the how u take risk take go. I understand that a lot of people are so scared of online scammers but the truth is fr every 1 bad theif, there are 500 good men who love to work fr their money. I dated a Lebanese and I can tell you that is the most fun I've ever had in a relationship,we love spicy food in Nigeria,we have some of the most spicy foods in Africa,he would literally turn red after eating,he introduced me to eating Japanese cuisine,I was so scared since I can't eat things that don't have LOTS of pepper but surprisingly it was so good... Interracial marriages should be encouraged, there are happy interracial couples out there. If u travel come naija again, make sure say u go jos or u go shrine fr lagos,we salute u,u don try💋💋💋go learn pidgin o,make ur integration complete.
Much respect to you. You are a very brave woman to venture into a country you’ve never been to before all on your own. That initial hot air that heats you in the face at MM “international airport” is like welcome to Nigeria. Lol..😳😲🤣😂😅🌹❤️
I'm very happy hearing this from you, this video should go viral.. Respect to the women who choose to follow their hearts desire 💞. I pray i find someone too.. With peace and love 🙏
I Love your courage and commitment ❤to be with Nwankwo. Above all, thanks for being so transparent about your experience in Nigeria. Many Nigerians are very welcoming especially when they see foreigners. They can worship and smile all through, which can be overwhelming. Glad that you are happy. God bless you and family.
So much love out there for we Nigerians...even with the issues we have... Yes we do have, but at the same time, we are far more enriched than everyone thinks, including ourselves (Nigerians) Grateful to y'all taking that risk with us... BLESSED
I met my Nigerian fiancé in Dubai but he might have to go back to Nigeria soon I’m glad that I saw your video because I’m thinking about going to Nigeria to visit him and his family. I have heard so much negativity about about the country but now I feel so much better since I saw Your video . Thank you so much for telling about your experience there.
Thank you soo much for sharing! I am currently discussing marriage for next year in Nigeria but i guess it's soo many different things I haven't considered. I felt myself starting to feel a heaviness over the details and it popped in my head to just find someone else who had experienced the same. We are continuing to pray about our plans so i really appreciate you for your transparency. God's choice blessings to you and your husband!💖
@@gbolahanakinwanle8158 thank you for asking. No we have not met face to face prior to this. Just video calls, whatsapp and phone calls. However I will be there a little over a week before the Marriage ceremony. Is there a certain reason why you asked?
@@agcou313 oh ok. Mostly, it's preferred y'all meet and experience the vibes y'all have in each others presence before taking the marriage route, but I understand the expenses and time consumption, but I'd believe y'all guaged your personality already via the avenues y'all be conversing and it's ok to go ahead with getting married if that's y'all plans. Also, if y'all thinking of doing the immigration afterwards, then I'll suggest you take a lot of pics of yourselves, and with families coupled with every conversation and video chatting you've had together. Wishing y'all a happy married life in advance.
Ashley , gbolanhor asked a very good question which u really need to consider . I know it may cost u some money but try to have a physical assessment of your future husband marriage is life time and by staying under the same roof with him that will give u the needed platform to properly know the real him . All the same life is a gamble so is relationships and marriages if it works out fine and good but if it works out bad well we just pick our self up and move on .
The key thing to note with any foreigner that wants to date a Nigerian man ,if he begins to ask you for money it's a red flag ,it's actually quite straight forward but many people still ignore it.
That's why I never accept friend requests from Nigerian men as all of them asked for money or gift cards. Sometimes they will disguise themselves under a Western name and surname... But they always address women the same (not to mention poor English). If a guy tells you he is widowed with one child in boarding school, just know you're getting scammed!
It is good to hear a review so heart warming like this about my country coz everywhere mention all people want to do is paint us evil, bad and negative the simple truth is life consists of two people in this world the good and the bad there are still yet many good Nigerians thank you Vanya
Thank you Thank you. I met my future husband. He is currently living in Germany, but he is from Nigeria. He starts telling me about how amazing our first trip will be. Then he said things like cockroaches, bats that suck blood, Mosquitoes and snakes. I was like hold up hold up what did you just say?! Then he burst out laughing. Sidenote just so you know I was not laughing yet. Ha ha. Thank you for posting this and I’m going to start watching your other videos so I can learn more. I would love some tips on how to go about starting the whole process because he wants to move here to America.

I always tell people not to believe in the negative things they heard about Nigeria. Thank you so much for sharing this so at least people can hear the truth

Nigerians are good people, very welcoming, culture, tradition, more than 300 ethic group and language. shame people believe the negative stereotypes about Nigeria.

You speak so sweet. Thank you for sharing, I love my Country no matter it's problems. In terms of corruption and asking of tips, it should not be generalised becausr it is NOT EVERY BODY .
Thank you for this informative video. Loved hearing about your experience and honeymoon! I'm dating online with my Nigerian bf. He is amazing, honest and devoted family man. Some day he will come to Ametica and we can live a happy future together. God bless and I look forward to your next video!!
I am just passing through..but this is an interesting love story. One of the few positive ones. I wish you guys the VERY best, I can imagine the whole experience. It'll make a good blog, romance novel or Nollywood movie. Congratulations to the addition to your family.
Yes I met my husband on Facebook as well an I went to Nigeria an married him as well we talk for 3 years before I flew there you are right the heat was wow an the tips lol omg always they want money when they see we are Americans I'm from Tx an i was shocked when I actually seen Nigeria for my self but I try tell my family all the time to go but they don't want to
You just learn so much on that first trip. So many different things to take in. I can't imagine how it's going to be for my husband on the reverse when he comes home and sees all the differences. I pray the adjustment goes well.
Hello, I enjoy your video congratulations to you and your husband thank you for sharing your journey with us please can you tell me know more about the process to bring your husband to America, please make a detail video about the process.thank you
I’m dating a Nigerian now. He found me on Instagram. At first I figured it was one of those “Romance Scams” until I screened the hell out of him. I also assumed he wanted me for USA citizenship but we discussed that and it seems he is legit and really does love me. Dating is a gamble 🌸
I really would like to know more about your journey for immigration. I will check out your videos. I've know my Fiance for over 2 years. Been to Nigeria once already.
Thank you so much for your video. My Nigerian fiancé actually sent this to me because I had concerns just like you did. This really did ease my mind. I am looking forward to the other videos regarding immigration process. God willing I will be able to see him and his family in June.
You are so right, Nigeria is just like any other place in the world, you get the good, the bad,and the ugly just like any other place or country in the world,I"m a Nigerian from Delta state, but I have been to 18 different countries in the world, everything that is happening in Nigeria, happens in these countries too , like I said Nigeria is just like another place,I"m not saying Nigerians a too good, but they are just like every other country in the world, you get the good, the bad and the ugly .I'm happy for you sis, and I wish you and your husband and your entire family the very best in Jesus name, and God bless you guys real good sis
We are good people, people talk only negative things about us , but we careless about that. Yes some of us do crime which is universal. Thanks for visiting !!!
Am an Nigeria, I also leaves in Nigeria. We are good and fun to he with, but to tell you the truth. Nigeria is fun only when u visit. If you leave here you will be frustrated with the government corruption, the police brutality, the unchecked crimes. How criminals go free but the innocents are punished for single mistake. How justice is given depending on who you are and who you know. Infact the government prefer you to be a nuisance than to be a civilised employer of labour because they will descend on you with all manner of illegal taxation.
Thank you.im from Washington too .plan on going next year to meet my person.so scary what u read and now with covid.what do you say is the thing you learned the most
@@NaijaWife4Life I most certainly will, I am going to Marry the Love of my Life this summer.God is good and we are in it for life. I will keep you and your beautiful family in my prayers💜
V nwankwo welcome our wife I am a Nigerian an Igbo man from IMO state . U just made a good choice for a husband , Igbo men don't play with their wife and children , they see them as their pride .
