There is no rhyme or reason to it. Today I spoke to someone who was suspended for owing $661.00. I have had clients that weren't suspended until they owed $125,000. I can't figure that one out.

The Customer Service Center is not authorized to give discounts, agree to payment plans, etc. Nor do they explain to you in plain English the framework of what you are doing. They just want you to pay tens of thousands of dollars in the blind. You have to make an application directly to the tolling authorities to get any relief, reduction, payment plan, or an explanation of anything. It's very dishonest and misleading of them to tell you that a lawyer will do no good.

I could delete this comment, but I am so glad you made it because it gives me a platform to explain what a free consult is all about and why, when people call a law office they should call with the expectation of spending money, and if they are flat broke and have no money to spend they are not going to get anything out of calling. First off, I have tons of free how-to advice on my videos so if you want free advice go watch them. Secondly, I am a business, not a charity. I have spent a career learning how to resolve complex matters for people and in doing so saving them tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars, which is a fraction of my fees.
