@@nathaliefischerx3 you're illegal... Charcoal barbecues are legal to install, use, and maintain at all residential properties on a terrace or in a backyard but not permitted on a balcony or roof. Charcoal barbecues should have a total grate area not exceeding 10 square feet and must be operated with a clearance of at least 10 feet between the grill and the building wall. When operating a charcoal barbecue there must be immediate access to a fire extinguisher or water supply, such as a garden hose.

Yas Natalie blessing us this evening. I love this I live in a NYC in a studio ish one bedroom situation. However I love how you have styled your and it seems to have a lot more space/function and a Balcony 😩 so nice omg. I want my next place to have a balcony or outside area so I can be outside with my dogs and hubby like that as well.
