Stearic Acid, Aqua, Tallow (Beef), Yogurt, Glycerol, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Potassium Hydroxide, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Fragrance, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa Butter), Sodium Hydroxide, Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Lanolin, Calophyllum Inophyllum (Tamanu) Seed Oil, Sodium Lactate, Xanthan Gum, Kaolin Clay, Allantoin, Beeswax, Tocopheryl Acetate
Scent:
Notes: Basil, Orange Peel, Bergamot, Neroli, Rose, Cedar, Sumatran Benzoin, Ambergris, Patchouli, Cassia

@@TheVirtualGroomroom the soap I enjoy using. Easy to lather and dial in, not pva glue but more yogurt like. The performance in the shave isn’t too dissimilar to what I’m used to, not as slick but still very slick. The post for me was a touch drying but it wasn’t a massive issue like so many others and the lanolin did make me itch a little bit but again not as much as a lot of other soaps. The fragrance I enjoyed very simple not much complexity in terms of accords so it was easy to discern the citrus florals from the Amber / spices. I picked up cassia a lot which is like a medicinal cinnamon. The base itself has a putty smell which I managed to ignore 😊 #shavesoapconnoisseur 😜

Never tried Oaken Lab, now one thing that I’m curious when you lather with your brushes as they are badger and 24-26 how many swirls you make as it can be soap eater..lol Great Video👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I got my New Aluminum Karve Knopf Pommel Handle I love it match perfect with my red plate…👍🏼 Alan H

I think he uses to load for around a minute. Not a particular amount of swirls. Just 60 seconds go.

Oaken Lab is great, I highly recommend. I just load my brush until I feel it has enough soap - I'm not afraid of overloading.

@@TheVirtualGroomroom Thanks for reply Jack I’ll try to get one for me give a whirl 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 And that’s what I thaught load the brush till you think it’s enough as I use my paladin 26mm I prefer smaller knots.. Many Thanks for heads up Alan H
