OASIS - Live Forever SOLO Guitar lesson tutorial 

It's genuinely refreshing to see a guitar youtuber using an Epiphone instead of some million quid Gibson. Makes it feel a lot more accessible to me, a peasant.

I busted my arse trying to get this solo right for so long it's embarrassing. I was never able to play the run fast enough. I learned it properly in 30 minutes thanks to this video. THANK YOU!!!!!

By the way, while you clearly have this mastered, other players might find the move at about 3:30 to be easier if, instead of rolling your ring finger from the the G to the D string at the 14th fret, they employ their middle finger on the D string's 14th fret. I think it sounds the same. Anyway, cheers and thanks again for the quality content. Edit - For any interested, and I'm totally not crapping on this video, when Noel does that run at 6:58, he starts on the 17th fret of the B string and proceeds to the 15th (B string) and then to the 16th of the G string, etc. The method presented here is probably easier to learn (maybe that's why it was shown this way), but Noel's version does allow for the bend on the high E string that he does before repeating that same run when he performs this song live. (That additional bend is not present on the album version. See Oasis at Maine Road, for example, to hear it in action.)

It’s definitely not the way the run is done by Noel as he uses 17th fret b string and then uses pull offs and hammer ons back up to the 12th fret g string on the g major scale - a bit smoother sound but admittedly harder to play!

Thanks a lot...helped me with this tricky fast lick, still not there 100% but im getting to the speed. can you please make lessons of brain may and slash solos (some of them had really wierd timing that hard to nail to patterns so the brain have a hard time figure it out) like the fast lick in bohemian or slash fast licks.

Thanks for the video, good explanation. Minor comment is that you overdo the vibrato sometimes meaning that note sounds out of tune due to over bending the vibrato. Cheers!
