Ingredients:
1 bowl of rolled oats (180g)
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 cup of yogurt (125g).
Add nuts and seeds to taste.
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds.
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds.
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Loaf pan 30/11 cm, 11/4 inches.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
