Bf fruits, lunch with less rice and lots of vegs and dinner sprouts salad. 90kgs iruken with hypothyroid, hypertension and insulin resistance. Goal to reach 70 kg. But night salad bfr 7pm saptutu mrng only fruits sapta i feel so weak, tired and exhausted. Oru velayum panna mudila. Poga poga set aagumnu nambaren.
