Totally cool, and thats the beautiful reason why we're here with you today. What concerns you the most? Say they need time to think about it. Totally cool, whats one thing you need to think about? Lets say price goes up Relate with the customer Reimpulse the customer with FUJI Re-close/RRRR

I hide my flyers till I'm done talking and my number 1 goal is always the inspection first. " it wouldn't make sense for me to come back if you dont have damage, let's just knock out the inspection and I can send you the report and you can deal with it later. Is that fair?" Push for the inspection so you can gather evidence. Show them the problem dont tell them about it. Dope video Adam keep it up.

My advice is to get a good way to enter a lead digitally. I'm able to enter information like name phone number, and email, and the moment I save it they get a text message and an email with my company info. Also, I get a reminder in 3 days to reach out. It doesn't work miracles but I think it helps.

Great tip! Always carry a tablet or have your stuff in order on your phone to knock it out.

Depends weather it’s early or late in door pitch. If it’s early ignore it, respond ‘ you guys busy, I’m gunna be quick cutting to the chase ……… ‘ try saying ‘ im only gunna be a minute because I have to go ‘ on every Door first or second sentence. Before they speak.

Don’t be that guy that says ‘ energy efficiency gone green no paper crap ‘ you look silly. This video is gold and a measure to where they are. Other ones to use are ‘ yeah I’ll give you one when I’m done or yup we’re going to need a way to communicate ‘ then keep talking and never give a card. Or just be honest and say ‘ I don’t give cards out guys what we’re doing is a bit more selective/important than that but we can exchange information ‘ …… a funny I’ve said is ‘ I’m wasting my last card on you !! ‘ smile… depends on rapport obviously

I’m liking what I see in the video, and in the comments. So what do you do when you knock and no one answers? Do you then leave a card? I ask from two trains of thought: 1) I never want to knock and leave nothing… that would be foolish, and I know you’ve said the same elsewhere. 2) I use magnetic cards, but whether it’s that, door hangars, flyers, etc, how do I justify “I don’t have cards with me” or some variation of that, when the neighbors all have material on their door/garage door? Thanks for all you do!

Point #1 is a strong one. I teach to leave a letter in the door. I call them "door hanger letters" (I provide them in my Battle Pack). Appreciate ya man! P.S. Glock guy. Nice. That ODE Glock (in your profile pic) is sharp!

hey ive been doing this long enough to know that if i give out business cards i usually dont hear back from you guys, and i atleast want know that you were helped by someone whether it was my company or if you choose to go with someone else, do you gave any objection if i grab your contact info and shoot you my details? If they get pushback on the phone number it's probably because i didnt provide enough credibility or value in my pitch prior or didnt build report, but if they pushback on the phone ill go for email instead and usually leave with email and a note to self to build more rapport before closing
